Caution: mechpreg, clank clank and abortion mentioned. Slight OOC bc I haven't watched the show yet but the fandom is eating me alive.

After that, it's a rush for MA to figure out what was happening with BH, and he get more and more frustrated because nothing matched the symptoms!

"You know, that sounds like pregnancy," Yuri said after hearing his dilemma, and MA is like, wtf is that? Which led to an internet search (oh wow, that's a new kind of trauma), but it did help him narrow down the answer.

BH was called back to get the news, and he spent 15 minutes rebooting his processor because surely MA is joking. There's no way there's a protoform cooking in him. Then MA shows him a scan, and—yep, that's a life signature right there.

His first thought was, I don't want this, considering how in Machina's name he was going to raise this. He already had two crewmates to care for, and they're on an entirely different planet as refugees. But MA sadly informed that due to the rarity of this case and Machina's destruction, he does not have the necessary data to do so without harming BH in the process.

BH is far from happy.

The growing dread when he heard the symptoms will get worse, forcing him to rely on others. But at the same time, the pirate thought, this is also hope that there's a way to recover their species.

In the end he listens as MA gives him all kinds of prescriptions and what to expect (his aft is not listening, the man is dissociating) before being hit with the question.

Who's the other creator?

BH froze and then went through 5 stages of grief at the reminder that it takes two to tango and who he did it with. MA's curiosity slowly turned deadpan when he himself also realized it.

"Really?"

"...Shut up."
