Ingredients: 1 cup all-purpose flour. 1/2 cup sugar. 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder. 1/4 teaspoon salt. 1/2 cup almond milk. 1/4 cup vegetable oil. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 350F 175C. Grease a donut pan. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, mix almond milk, vegetable oil, and vanilla extract. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and mix until just combined. Fold in blueberries gently. Transfer batter into a piping bag or a ziplock bag with the corner snipped off. Pipe batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Remove from oven and let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

You can enjoy this homemade vegan chocolate hazelnut spread without feeling bad about it. You can put it on toast or dip fruits in it. Deliciously rich, creamy, and hard to resist!
Ingredients: 2 cups raw hazelnuts. 1/4 cup cocoa powder. 1/4 cup maple syrup. 2 tbsp coconut oil. 1/4 tsp salt. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract.
Instructions: Warm the oven up to 175F 350C. Place hazelnuts on a baking sheet and roast them for 10 to 12 minutes, or until they smell good. Take it out of the oven and let it cool down a bit. Use a kitchen towel to rub hazelnuts to get rid of as many of the skins as you can. Put hazelnuts in a food processor and pulse them until they are smooth and creamy. Vanilla extract, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and salt should all be added. Blend until everything is well mixed and smooth. Put the chocolate hazelnut spread in a jar or another container that won't let air in. Use it as a dip for fruits or on toast or pancakes.

Ingredients: 8 oz wide rice noodles. 2 tbsp vegetable oil. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 2 cups broccoli florets. 2 large eggs, lightly beaten. 8 oz boneless skinless chicken breast, thinly sliced. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tbsp oyster sauce. 1 tbsp dark soy sauce. 1 tbsp brown sugar. 1/2 tsp ground black pepper. 1 cup bean sprouts. 2 green onions, thinly sliced.
Instructions: As directed on the package, cook the rice noodles. Once they are done, drain them and set them aside. Put the vegetable oil in a big skillet and heat it over medium-high heat. Take out the garlic and add it. Cook for one minute. Put broccoli florets in the pan and cook for two to three minutes, until they start to get a little soft. Move the broccoli to the side of the pan and add the eggs that have been beaten. Once the eggs are fully cooked, mix them with the broccoli. Slice the chicken and add it to the pan. Cook for about 4 to 5 minutes, or until it is browned and fully cooked. Put oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, brown sugar, and black pepper in a small bowl. Mix them together with a whisk. Put the cooked noodles, bean sprouts, and sauce mix into the pan. Toss everything together until it's all well mixed and hot. Before serving, top with sliced green onions.

Add the flour and stir it in. Cook for one to two minutes, until it turns golden brown. Whisk in the milk, pepper, paprika, nutmeg, and salt one tablespoon at a time. Keep whisking the mixture as it cooks for about 5 to 7 minutes, or until it gets thicker. Add the cheddar and gruyere cheeses and stir them in until they melt and are smooth. Mix the cheese sauce and cooked macaroni together until everything is well mixed. Put the macaroni and cheese mix in a 9x13-inch baking dish that has been greased. Cover the whole thing with breadcrumbs. Put it in the oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the top is crisp and golden brown. Let it cool down a bit before you serve.
