Cósmica will be at Brown Paper Zine and Small Press Fair for Black and PoC Artists at MoCADA Museum in NYC this weekend! We are excited to feature Keren Díaz de León’s zine called Xicanita full of beautiful art and writing✨ Come by to say hola and to support zinesters and makers!

Calling Teenage Zinemakers!!!

We want to show your zine at @MOCADA_Museum in Brooklyn for the @3dotzine Brown Paper Zine & Small Press Fair for Black and POC artists on January 27, 28 & 29th! If you'd like to send us a few zines to show and sell at the zine fair in Brooklyn, please apply via the Google Form link and tell us about your zine! We will choose one teenage zinemaker to feature on our table at the fair. All sales of your zine will go directly to you! This is a great chance to get other artists and zinemakers to read your work! 

Cósmica would also love to get to know more of the teenage zine community and work with you in the future! You must be under 21 to apply! We will choose a winner January 20th. The chosen zinemaker must mail us the zines the following week or meet us in person in NYC! <3 <3 <3

Cósmica is hosting a fundraising event in support of the water protectors and the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe in their fight to stop the Dakota Access Pipeline.

****ALL proceeds of the event will go directly to the camp. We will be raffling off fine art pieces and an array of donated goods including gift cards and jewelry. $5 gets you entry and a raffle ticket for an art piece of your choice. You can then buy unlimited amounts of raffle tickets.

****You will also get a chance to be featured on our Instagram to speak about your support for Standing Rock.

****We will also be selling zines, jewelry, art, posters etc. and ALL proceeds will go to Standing Rock.

****Prince of Queens will be playing an all vinyl set including cumbia, reggae, funk & soul, hip hop, and songs of resistance

Please help us stand in solidarity with the water protectors and donate. If you’d like to donate an art piece to be raffled, please contact us. Thank you.
