Apologies for the long hiatus, but for this summer’s indie animation day, we want to announce that Colonel Bleep and the Uncharted Earth will be renovated as Colonel Bleep ‘69.

For starters here is the show’s official logo!

Over the next few weeks the series will go through many changes such as changing the setting from 1957 to 1969, redesigning the characters, and expanding more on its premise.

We are also working on fixing up the website so that it has more personality and a more stunning look than it did before.

Apologies for not posting for awhile.

Because the site has grown more unfair and unethical towards its users and content creators, Colonel Bleep and the Uncharted Earth will no longer be a part of YouTube. Instead, the series will transfer to a more inclusive and decentralized alternative from the Fediverse: PeerTube.

Although it may not be very popular as YouTube, we want to contribute to PeerTube and form a new era of indie animation and encourage various creators, artists, and animators to give it a chance, support it via donations, and spread the word about PeerTube to all audiences.

We also want to encourage content creators and small business owners around the globe to turn against toxic mega-corporate platforms (ex. Meta, Twitter/X, Google, TikTok) and consider supporting more decentralized platforms that aim to provide accurate, creative freedom for the internet and other media.

In 1956, Soundac produced a test pilot on what to expect when a host is promoting The Colonel Bleep Show with quizzes and riddles. The film was produced in black in white as color television did not reach its prominence until the 1960s. Nevertheless the pilot was a success and helped greenlight Colonel Bleep in syndication.
