hi yes, sure! i know some people might be saying “but hes kissing women left and right, he’s clearly into romance.”  well, he is! he loves romance. he loves participating in romance. he wants to be in romantic relationships. also sex is great.

but he (my interpretation of hogan) also has got trouble telling the difference between platonic and romantic attraction, and also romantic and sexual attraction. i once said he’s probably a little in love with all of his men. sure, if you see being in love with as thinking they’re special and deserve the world and are like family and you’d probably make out with them if offered.

he loves so much, he’s got the hugest heart. and when i say on the aro spectrum that can mean he might just feel romantic attraction less or differently or only rarely. he is not loveless (which some people on the aro spectrum identify as and would be fine but that's not him to me) all of the ships are still valid, all of the times he has said i love you to another character is still valid, he’s still the same. but ive also often hit this point in ships where it becomes clear he doesnt always get it in the same way his significant other does.

there’s this scene in the show where this guy says to him “have you ever felt that love, that one you only feel once in your lifetime,” and hogan says “yeah, dozens of times.” and you can see that as what was probably intended, that he just falls for people quickly and sees relationships as fleeting  - or you can see it that he just... cant really grasp what being in love is actually like for others.

it’s why i have my issues with the “hogan loves tiger” theory. cause he’s excited to see her but he also has the ability to forget about her pretty quickly. he forgets about his romantic excursions pretty quickly in general. he would kill for her. he would die for her. he would do the same for so many people.

this is turning into stream of consciousness rant. and really its something i should just write a fic about because i have no idea how else to explain it.
