Around 1990-1996 I have seen an Asian animated series with belly expansion like Wicked.(Not sure that China or Korea). In this episode, Villains stolen a milk truck and they poisoned these milk then 4-6 boys are jogging near this area. Boys found poisoned milk and drank it. Then they feel strange. One boy found his belly enlarge and others are also. Anyone know the name of this animated series?

Yes I have! A long time ago though - it was back when I was a pre-teen and I was looking at the Charmed episodes that aired in the late afternoon on TV X) Gosh the memories. I didn't open the mpreg kink for me, but it sure stuck in my mind! Now I want to go check it out...

I know this blog is inactive, but I was hoping your followers could help me to find something that have failed to find for years. It's a british TV show where a bully steals something and when someone tells him "It's mine!" he replies "If only I got a pound every time someone said that." One of the kids turns it into a spell, so that instead of getting money the bully gets a pound of fat every time someone tells him "It's mine" and he gets enormous. I'd settle for the name of the show or anything to help me start to know where to look.

Well the blog is inactive but I still am (if you want to reach me more easily go to my new kink blog, @afatlotofchance ; and no need to bother my watchers for it because I know which show you are talking about. It was one of the earliest inflation videos I watched myself - back in the days, where those were rare on Youtube and preciously collected.

That's "The Queen's Nose". I do not recall the exact number/title of the episode, but the show is titled like that because the whole thing of the magic coin that drives the entire show is that it depicts the queen of England with (I think the wrong nose? Or something like that?).

Hey there, I know you've closed this blog, I just wanted to say thanks for everything you did here. Besides just a repository of wg in media sightings, it was nice to get some perspective from someone in the community regarding the depiction of weight gain. It was certainly a blast to see this all take shape (even if I missed the early stages) and all the work you did was admirable. I totally understand your reasoning for stepping away from this blog and wish you all the best. Thanks again.

I am glad this blog made a little difference. Mind you my work will not be done and I hope to do more in the future - it is just that life is different now, back then I had much more free time to do all this and, being new to this world, I had to explore and had fun. Now, with less free time and a more jaded look I have to slow down... But I will one of these days return X)

Well if you (singular you but also the general you of my audience) missed the early stages, they are still here for everyone to enjoy. In fact this is why I actually stopped this blog (well one of the many reasons). It was getting a bit too big and I wanted people to still be able to navigate in it without it becoming a behemoth. I think it is something people tend to forget because they are so used to just scroll through the blogs or see the latest updates - but with the Archive, you can actually easily go back to the first years and first months of this blog. You can find my first posts ever on Tumblr in just a few clicks.

So yes a quick reminder that "closing" the blog means it won't go forward - but I strongly invite you all to go back in time and dig up all these old posts lost under waves and waves of newer ones.

I had plan for two more long posts about advice to new people starting kink blogs or in the kink community, denouncing some of the people here (including the one I am certain harassed me on DeviantArt and forced me to clean up some of the most disgusting things I ever saw), and philosophical musings about kinks and how they come and go as the ages pass... 

But no, I don’t have time for that, so I’ll close this blog real quick.

Closing post 1: What will become of this blog?

So yeah... I decided to close this particular blog. “Come-to-the-day”, my first and main kink blog so far, the oldest and biggest.

I simply do not have the same time and energy to devote to online blogs as I had back when I was a teenager - because I was a teen when I opened it. Studies were easy, free time was plenty, the Internet was still to be explored... But now my life has changed, things have changed, I have accumulated several years of cartoons, comic books, webcomics, movies, video games... My Youtube playlists and histories, and several files on my computer are stuffed with examples of weight gain, stuffing or bloating in fiction... at one point too much is too much. I want to do something else (and I already started by giving much more time and energy to my regular, non-kink blogs). I don’t have the time and/or desire to spend hours putting together pictures and writing texts.

Not that I am entirely out of the kink community, do not worry! I am definitively still here. But let’s say I will be less active than before. I will make posts from time to time, but mostly return to commenting and supporting kink artists, and enjoying kink content as a simple audience. A simpler life. 

So, what is going to happen?

“come-to-the-day” is closed. But it doesn’t mean the blog will disappear. It just means that I will stop posting on it or claiming the blog is active. Officially, it will become an archive as soon as I did my three “closing posts”. I will still leave the Ask section open, because some people find my blog to be an easier platform for sightings and spotting kink in media than the Big Cartoon Wiki. I think I will keep relaying and posting the asks and suggestions I receive - just to inform people. But yeah, the blog will be fully inactive. AND BE CAREFUL! I am still watching over my activity and if I see anyone hijack my posts or spam going around, be sure I’ll strike.

My other kink blogs are still fully open and active. I will focus my kink force there, in fact I plan to do reblogs from the oldest posts of “come-to-the-day” to these ones. 

@thefatisland is my side kink blog for all things manga and anime, mostly Japan though I can throw in China, Korea and other East-Asian stuff

@thefatteningpicture is my side kink-blog for all things comic books and bande-dessinées 

@afatlotofchance is where I talk kink/fatness/weight gain/bloating/stuffing tropes, characters, story ideas, and where I offer freely to the world ideas of stories, settings, OCs and the like (everything is explained there)

These three are still open and active (though activity is slow, I definitively won’t close them, they are still relatively small and young, especially afatlotofchance). But let’s just say that these blogs, by being more specialized and limited, make me feel a bit “free”. While I liked at one moment being an alternative to the Big Cartoon Wiki, it quickly became a bit of a burden, not just because my creativity and personal input was crushed by my posts about media sightings, but also because I started taking care of several other blogs, my own life became more busy, and I became involved in a real-life Wiki (plus the Big Cartoon Wiki has gotten so much better in these last years, I strongly suggest you keep looking an eye out for it, they keep finding new stuff everywhere). 

This was the first post, the post of future.

I’ll probably make the second post another day. Call that a post of warning and of revenge.

Hey there, are you doing okay? I apologize if this seems a little too forward for me to ask such a thing (after all it's not as though I know you personally, I only browse your blog). It's just that I've seen a lot of your recent response posts and it seems like you're a little bit upset. I just wanted to ask; I hope you don't find this to be a draining experience. Even if some of your followers lack basic etiquette/social skills, the rest of us really do appreciate this blog you've assembled.

Well thank you for the nice comments ask :) And do not fear, this blog will never be destroyed, I still use it as an archive for a lot of things, be it my great findings or my past mistakes. I have learned a lot with this blog.

Is this blog draining? Not exactly, I have other things that do drain me. It is just that I do not have on one side the time and energy needed to devote myself to make posts, and on the other I just don't have the will to continue this particular blog anymore (hence why I considered "closing" it). Not that it tires me but I just... don't feel like adding more here.

And yeah I am much more strict now when it comes to answering anonymous asks, but I have seen what happens when you are too kind with anonymous people who think they can do anything, and especially in the kink community there can be real entitled assh*les behind those anonymous.

But yeah, it all steams down to: I do not have more content to bring forward to this blog because basically I can't or won't make posts anymore :p But don't worry I have planned to fully answer/talk about the fate of this particular blog (my other kink side blogs still stand) in a series of three posts.
