Come Through Artists Eric Bellinger
Eric Bellinger
Eric Bellinger is a 32 year old man from Los Angles who is a singer song writer and a record producer, Eric Bellinger was first noticed in the music scene when he co-wrote a single for Selena Gomez and the scene called Intuition which he also featured on in 2010. Fast forward a year and Eric was awarded a gammy for the co-writing 2 singles on Chris Brown Album Fame. Since then Eric as gone from strength to strength with both producing and writing music for other artists and also producing music for himself, his free mixtape Choose up season released on 1st of October in 2015 is probably one of his well-known pieces, the mixtape includes 9 songs that when listening to them in order are able to create a story for the listeners.
Eric explains to his fans the whole idea behind the naming of the mixtape and the titling of his songs in this released statement “The single life in LA is wild. And the ‘CHOOSE UP’ can get very real. After you choose up, it’s time to leave the club and get your car from ‘VALET’ before continuing the turn up with a ‘HOUSE PARTY’ at the crib. If things go right, you know she’ll pulling out the ‘NIGHT BAG’ and talking to ‘THE PILLOW’ while the two of you become ‘NIGHT OWLS.’ However, it’s usually agreed upon in the beginning that the two of you will ‘NEVER BE TOGETHER’ and that things are just ‘CASUAL’ until one of them catches feeling and things instantly get ‘AWKWARD.’
While still to some Eric Bellinger isn’t a house hold name for being a singer, this man is well-known for co-writing and co-producing some of the biggest hits we have had this decade.
Here are just a few songs that Eric has Co-written for other artists
.Trey Songz – Disrespectful
.Usher- Lemme see (Grammy Win)
.Chris Brown – Love More
.The Game – Or Nah
.Justin Bieber – Right Here (Grammy Win)
.Nicki Minja – Anaconda (He helped produced this song)
.Angel – Money on the Low
Angel – Money on the Low
Money on the Low is a song that Eric has co-written on that features Dappy, Wretch 32, Jeremih also Eric himself has a versus himself on the song. The concepts of this song is about getting money on the low and not showboating about it. The lyrics in the song are describing about all the achievements they have made in their life’s but they don’t boast about it instead that just carrying on working and making their money.
This song stick out to me when describing Eric Bellinger as an artist’s because this versus describes who is.
I've been getting Grammys on the low You be in the club singing all my shit You ain't even know I wrote all 'em other niggas songs I cannot blame you, who does their homework They don't check credits any more I don't be trippin', I just head to the bank and deposit more I would be foolish to take all this money, take pictures and post on the 'Gram, nigga I really do this, I don't have to prove it to you, niggas know who I am So you can trick on them hoes if you wanna But your cheque gon' be gone in the morning While I'm sitting on a private beach Just me and my girl in a private suite, nigga
Eric Bellinger New Album will be coming out on the 6th of April 2018
