I'd like you to remember how it was back then, the ground, the air—and then I want you to, when possible, to go outside and take a walk. Odds are, where you live is very different from where you used to. But then again, some things are the same.Feel the bark of a tree. Take in the veins of a fallen tree. If it snows where you live, have a blast!Just because things are different now doesn't mean nothing's the same!

Can I have some positivity for a Peridot (SU) that feels lame because so many other Peridots are out there, I'm also struggling with depression and I was recently diagnosed with autism, so I feel like a joke in terms of being otherkin :ccc

As someone who is a very close friend with someone who feels invalidated by doubles, I’ve heard this a bunch of times, but it never gets any more heartbreaking.

Peridot, I find it a little funny that you are having a hard time being one of many, and not feeling unique—after all, I’d think if you learned anything from being one Earth, (besides ‘maybe planets shouldn’t be destroyed’ and 'don’t give a gem whose been trapped underwater for weeks a lake as a present’!) it would be that you’re unique.

On a much broader scale, even if doubles are making you feel invalid or worthless, I want you to remember that while there may be lots and lots of Peridots, there is only one you. You are still unique and special and you are Peridot. It doesn’t matter if other people are too.
