I just realized something (TriMax Spoilers)

You know how on Vash's new bounty poster there's a new symbol on it that's suppose to symbolize the city of December?

In TriMax, didn't humanity's last stand happen in December? Also, according to the story snippets orange posts on their Twitter, December was one of the few cities that actually has access to their ship's tech and weaponry, including an ion cannon👀.
