haha yes i know PCOS and NCAH arent the exact same and have different causes, thats why i said VIRTUALLY identical, specifically in the way they present! i may have been sleep deprived and forgot to clarify that i DO know this. but for cyrus i always envisioned the symptoms specifically, and since their SYMPTOMS/the way they present are similar then he could theoretically have either, though i usually think of him as having both. my bad!

tbh, i figured out i may be intersex like last year? and im still new to all of this, so i apologize for any misinfo i may accidentally spread, i have a tendency to forget/overly summarize the things i read (usually bc i dont understand All the medical jargon)... if cyrus had both, he would develop PCOS from NCAH. and again im pretty sure i have NCAH too and i was nearly diagnosed with cysts once before the gynecologist actually saw what was going on, either way i do believe theres a chance i will actually develop cysts in the future, since my mom also has hormonal problems and had a uterine condition she needed to get a hysterectomy for (i dont wanna be specific for her sake)

english is also not my first language so err, that could cause a few misunderstandings sometimes

Okay so first of all never be scared to ramble in my asks ever ok? I love people sharing what they love it's very enriching to me genuinely. Secondly and this is at no detriment to you however I DO wanna clear up a little potential misinformation in your verbiage;

"... specifically PCOS/NCAH (since theyre virtually identical. [...]" 🚨🚨🚨 WRONG! THEY ARE NOT THE SAME THING!!! PCOS and NCAH, while they can PRESENT functionally identical, are two different conditions that affect different parts of the body (PCOS the ovaries, and is a syndrome AKA a collection of comorbid symptoms with no known cause, NCAH the adrenal glands, and is considered a disorder AKA a collection of common symptoms WITH an identified cause) and have different health implications. (N)CAH can cause PCOS (it ((N)CAH) often results in ovarian cysts anywho) and the two are often comorbid, but isolated PCOS can't cause (N)CAH since THAT has an identified cause— being the wonky adrenal gland function lol

Season 2 of Camp Here & There is coming June 10th, 2025, at midnight EST!

For those out of the loop: The first time I tried to set a date in 2023, my life was derailed significantly very soon thereafter in a series of mishappenings. It's taken me some time to get back on the horse, but I am back now, stronger, and here for good. Watch out, I am coming a'galloping!

I am very excited for this junction and for the return of these beloved characters. I believe that the writing for this season is some of my best work, and I am so wicked excited to produce that I can barely hold my joy.
