脳の元気を表した漫画が話題に！一番脳が疲れるのは毎日のアレでした（汗）

私たちの(脳の)気力ゲージは決断の度に消費されるそうなので、自分なりの解釈を対比イメージ化してみました。即断即決、即実行を心がけてみて、まず効果が出たのは家の中が突然キレイになったことでした。

そういえばFacebookのCEOのマーク・ザッカーバーグも、Appleの元CEOのスティーブ・ジョブズも1日の決断の回数をいかに減らして仕事に専念するかを徹底されていたとか。だから洋服から食べ物まで選択・決断という流れを徹底的に排除していたって聞いたことがあります。

そうなのか！よし！今年のテーマはこれだ！ 迷うことを減らす！

３．１分だけやる　重いタスクほどすぐに着手するべき。なぜかというと、人間には認知的不協和というのがあって、着手したものが終わっていないと気持ち悪いと感じる心理があるからだ。着手したら終わっているべき、という認知があって、それが解決されていない状態は気持ちが悪い。だから、解決しようと集中して作業できるように心が動く。重い作業ほど、１分だけでいいので着手しよう。きっと１分は一時間になっているはずだ。
