theres reoccurring bit about horns and bunny ears and hats. dirk's head doesn't quite fit the dimensions of his head yet and aradia's new fedora not having any holes for her horns.

the wallet's an interesting additional piece to all this, earlier today i was wondering what the hell BROWN had anything to do with anything, but it's also the color of the con air white rabbit, a slightly misleading name... oh and tavros' sandals. the one that covers her white socks.. (and the duttle but jesus man.) anyhow it's a vessel. like how everything is in homestuck lmfao.

it's (PROBABLY) fushsia/crystal ball/dream bubble adjacent because we can see through it, and understand what its holding, but it also needs to be put in box so it's not in danger of getting exploded from canon rules.

back to the bunny ears... this is pure button brain cell mashing, but im staring at bro's grey hat and how it's that color instead of white like dad's. i think dirk's head dimension comment is supposed to be about how he doesnt metaphorically have horns. or bunny ears i fuckin guess. he instead prefers to wear an orange hat (on his black shirt in that panel) over his chest, and doesn't want to fuck up his "white" hair. I guess the hat itself is black (or blue), but the white tufts sticking out of the sides of bro's hair are supposed to be "horn like". or bunny like, which ever you prefer. something about dad keeping his head shaven instead, i dunno.

i said that the zilly june space in between canon events was synonymous with the yellow yard

but im not sure if that's exactly it? or that the yellow yard can ONLY be represented by trickster imagery. i think june's just subconsciously fucking with the story HARD by pulling all this silly shit in between canon events.
