Hi! Apologies in advance for the long ask.

Does your round depend on when you sign up? if so, and you signed up during the first period, must the work be submitted within the first period, or may they be submiited until the end of the fest?

What's the deadline for submitting/claiming for those who don't plan to self-fill?

Hello! No worries about long asks :))

1. No, if you signed up during the 1st period (which is before the 1st submission I assume), you can submit during the second submission!

2. The deadline is the same, either 17 July (1st submission date) or 14 August (2nd submission date).

🌊 RULES:

Works should focus on Conclave (2024 / 2016) characters in a summer setting.

No AI-generated works are allowed. If you tag your work as AI-generated, we will not repost it on our social media.

There is no minimum or maximum requirement.

By signing up, you agree to:

1. Submit a prompt 2. Claim a prompt 3. Create a work based off the prompt

Self-prompts are allowed (Submitting a prompt and claiming the one you submitted)!

Need a tutorial in prompting? Refer to this link https://archiveofourown.org/admin_posts/147 !

You must have signed up for AO3 prior to this fest, so that you can claim a prompt. If not, you can register for an account now. The usual waiting time is about 2 weeks. The sign-up will be open until the 2nd round of submissions in August so don't worry :)
