ONFORM WEEK #9

New ONFORM shape is online. This time my Illustration was inspired by the cold and windy weather outside. I love it.

Also I decided to post the TOP 3 ONFORM Sketches, based on the note count, every week before i publish the next shape. So make sure that your illustration is among the next top three.

For her dreamlike Postcards series British artist Claire Harvey draws small, solitary figures on pieces of clear acetate or sometimes simply scotch tape. She then positions her miniature people on airplane windows so that they appear to be standing outside on the wing of the plane as it flies through the sky or taxis to the runway. Each one is a tiny, anonymous wing-walker, lost in their own thoughts, eyes on the horizon or looking down at the earth far below, waiting to see what the future holds, starting with where the plane takes them:

A series for The Cure Culture by Jason Koebler over on Motherboard 

Jason writes about his friend Katelin and his memories of watching her struggle with Cystic Fibrosis. She was born at a time when Science thought a cure was just around the corner but, as Jason explains, the race for the cure meant little to those who were living their lives day to day with the disease.

So many thanks to Adrianne Jeffries and Jason Koebler for working with me on this! It was an honor to meet Katelin in such a strange way.
