there was  this #drawthisinyourstyle challenge going around twitter not so long ago, and I did a couple. This was Monique Renee’s character, and it was one of the warmups that I enjoyed the most that week!

Hi guys, remember me?  I’m the girl who updates once in a blue moon! No, not that successful artist, the other one. No, not that one either. Listen, I’m just me, okay? If you still follow me, first of all I must thank you for sticking with me, I honestly appreciate it. Second of all... listen, I’ve been through a lot during these years, and I got even more used to keep stuff to myself, even if it’s stupid things I could/should share for laughs. I don’t know why it is, but I realise I have this sort of block and it’s not even helping me. Stress relief doodling was a great thing, and I miss it every day. I’m trying to sort out so many different issues at the moment, so I can’t promise to be more active here or on other platforms, because...well I’m really horrible at social media, and everybody who knows me has kind of accepted that. Which, thinking about it, it’s pretty funny since I used to be THE girl who used all kind of socials and managed to keep contacts with lots of people. But I guess my peak has passed?

ANYWAY I’m trying to push back my tumblr anxiety, and will hopefully be able to post content here, even if it’s not fan art or if I think it’s not worth sharing anyway. You know what they say: somebody’s trash is somebody else’s treasure. I hope to not make this page a dumpster, though. See you soon, and thank you again! Hey guys! Preorders for the English version of our charity zine are online! They will last something like 15 days so please preorder as soon as you can; and if you can’t spend money or don’t want to, at least reblog the original post so that we can reach as many people as possible!

Everything will go to www.msf.org , so you have the chance to collect a good artbook filled with infos about the constellations AND do a good thing in return!

We proudly announce the opening of the international preorders for our charity book “Costellarium”!

What is Costellarium?

Costellarium is an art book focused on the constellations and the myth and legends behind them. Each artist picked a constellation and decided to give their interpretation on the subject. The result is a really interesting book, filled with different art styles and approach to a myth. Some are more romantic, others are seen in a goofy light, others are just filled of melancholy or wonder.

Our map will hopefully lead through dreams and beliefs, and you will help us to help other people. Because all of the earnings from the book will go to MSF. Why MSF 

With our previous project, we wanted to aim at realistic goals. We took babysteps, and then we gradually grew. This is our third book now and we think we’re ready to get global. If you’re interested in knowing more about them, you can check their website at http://www.msf.org/

Feel free to donate even if you don’t want to order our artbook. We really think everybody can make a difference!

How to order

To preorder your copy, shoot us an email at reverie.studio@yahoo.it putting “Preorder - Costellarium” in the subject field. You’ll need to provide us your personal informations such as your address and real name; you need to tell us how many copies do you want, where do you live, and then wait for our answer.

We need to calculate the shipping costs depending on where you live, and then we will email you the total amount you should transfer to our PayPal account.

Please if you can try to transfer the money “as a gift”, as PayPal will take away a certain amount for each transaction and we actually want to give everything to charity! Every penny taken away from “us” is in reality taken away from our “cause”!

 We will then confirm your payment and start to ship your order as soon as possible.

SADLY we won’t be able to provide you any sketch, as the artists are all around Italy and we can’t reach for them, but trust us when we say the book itself it’s worth both the wait and the (surely) expensive shipping costs!
