pursing her glossed lips, she was visibly hesitant into taking the time this evening to unwind. in her core she was very lenient to get started on working on the arrangements made for the witch hunter’s arrival-- the only thing on her mind nowadays. on the contrary, it has been a couple of weeks since cassie has really ushered herself into being social. & who can honestly have the heart to say no to melissa whenever she feels so passionate about something? ‘ fine, one movie for today’s agenda. & i hereby promise no witch hunter things tonight. i could really use a good laugh & a little girl time.’

the relief is audible in her sigh as the blonde in front of her denies the potion . it was what freya was hoping for in the end . she could make a potion do many things but tampering with something like that was dangerous . and though she was fully CONFIDENT in her own work , she didn’t have to tell cassie that . “ thank you . “ it’s soft spoken as she holds out her hand for her own creation again . “ i know it hurts , i know it’s painful , but deep breaths help . handing out with your friends , helps . you don’t have to be alone in this but magic is not the solution to all of your problems . “ ’

Her gaze roamed away from looking at the enchantress in the face, she’s tuning in her advice but they fail to serve her any purpose. They were simply the same phrases she’s been lectured to plenty of times before, but in the end it’s much easier said than done. Adam & Cassie’s connection, was unlike any other, hard to even coney in conventional terms. But that’s just the nature of destiny. ‘ do you think it could be possible, that maybe there’s a chance he could be in love with me again? or does the elixir that he took blocks any emotion of that sort from ever happening again? ’ Still holding the potion in her grasp, subconsciously she wasn’t ready to give it back just yet, not until she gotten her answer.

out; so just a teeny announcement for those i’m interacting with, finals are approaching this coming week & i’d need to recline & subject myself to my studies until they’re over. with that said from now till december 9th my activity is going to be scarce. i just swept through any& all replies that i owed, but between breaks i might reply to small scripts here & there. just putting this out into the universe before someone thinks i’ve already vanished & nowhere to be found.

there was only silence as she processed freya’s plea, the risk of loosing love for others aside from adam? there wasn’t many people close to cassie, so the list was indeed very short & too loose a connection so valuable would be an atrocity. those relationships were wholeheartedly priceless --- diana, jake, melissa, hell even faye. the circle was a second family to her, they were all she has left.  ‘ ...i  can’t go through with it then. ’
