As a result, bankers’ fees increased. In 2021, acquisition banks made a lot of money by underwriting. At that time, many companies went public, due to which IPOs increased. The reason behind it was to raise capital or give investors withdrawal opportunities.

Based on Foundry’s 2022 Data & Analytics Study ( Foundry is a research organization that examined data and analytics in 2022), approximately 88.66% of IT decision-makers (ITDMs) feel that the data gathering and analysis have the capability to bring a massive impact on their firm so that they will do business over the next 1-3 years.
Some IT decision-makers state the improvement of customer insight is going better after doing data analysis. Also, Netflix welcomes data science for crafting their experiences for their customers.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications became an essential part of marketing technology during this time. With the advent of the internet, marketers were able to own online customer data through eCRM software, which allowed them to better understand customers’ needs and preferences.
