I don’t do it for the aesthetics alone - it’s discipline, hard work and dedication. I’m learning mind muscle connection, meditative stress relief, oxygenation is life; and yes I want to be a strong, lean muscular machine. #transformationtuesday from #skinnyfat (skinny and low muscle tone or gains) to healthy muscle building. 4 year difference. Building muscle takes discipline, time, effort and patience. I’m stronger now and have less flab and more energy. Building muscle is a process and doesn’t make you bulk up; it makes you toned, fit and able to burn more fat. More muscle = less fat.
