The reaction from Ely seemed to have gone mostly unnoticed — The painting holding far too much of his attention as he considered it for another long moment. "It was fun. But now it doesn't look right and I'm regretting everything." Was he spiraling a bit too much about a simple painting? Maybe. It would be fine once he finished or decided to get a new canvas to start over. The other man sliding up behind him was enough to make him pause before he was leaning back against Ely.
