I’m away visiting family and I know there’s a lot else going on in the world but the thing that absolutely shattered me today was losing Mikayla from save a fox to suicide and I just need to put that shock and pain somewhere because I don’t know what else to do with it right now

I saw the video. It was so very, very sad. I truly liked and admired her for what she did. She saved all those animals and on top had a little daughter and a husband. She did not deserve to die, nor did he deserve to find her dying and be left alone with their child. I hope that all who bullied her into death, get that back from karma right away. A little girl lost her mum! Do you have any idea what you did to her child?! I am beyond angry and disgusted. She made so many animals and people happy and that is what you did to her. You people disgust me to the core. Ethans video was heartbraking to watch. It is just disgusting what people would do to erase a light these days.

Rest in peace Mikayla Raines.

Mikayla Raines was the founder of Save A Fox, a rescue group dedicated to saving foxes, coyotes, cats, among other animals, and giving them a sanctuary to be safe. Mikayla was an amazing person with a beautiful personality that shined inside out. Mikayla struggled with Autism, Depression, and other things that she tried so hard to overcome. She was a loving, empathetic person who took others problems to heart and felf pain with them. Behind this bubbly, kind, gentle soul, was a woman just trying to do her best and have a good life. She was victim of harassment from other sanctuarys, people she knew in real life, and complete strangers who pushed her to the limit. Yesterday Mikayla's husband posted a video on the Save A Fox YouTube channel and shared with the world the devastating news that Mikayla Raines had taken her own life a few days prior due to the intense pressure of everything she was going through. Mikayla leaves behind a loving husband and daughter with hearts of gold and all the animals she rescued. Rest in peace, Mikayla. You were loved more than you could ever know.
