Honestly this song got me through dark days last year, I remember running in the morning and thinking about the people who hurt me, and how I felt like I was in this hole I never wanted to be in, but it was my responsibility to get out. It brought me joy to think about reclaiming my happiness. It’s not a fashion statement, it’s a fucking deathwish is one of my favourite mcr songs. There’s too many to pick from ahh.

My last boyfriend put Early Sunsets Over Monroeville on his story IMMEDIATELY after we went on our first break, and it’s super sad but so romantic?? I don’t want him back, but he is still the person who has dedicated the most romantic songs to me. He was able to find songs with lyrics that would relate to specific things I’d say?? I’m probably always gonna date music men bc of that. Also If I’m Still Broke by Christmas by Prince Daddy and the Hyena has such a special place in my heart. Our first conversation was about how much we both enjoyed that band! I love how much music and romance can be intertwined. I’m excited to date more people so I can continue to dedicate songs to them and hear songs that remind them of me! It’s one of my favourite parts of a relationship tbh. I almost dated a person recently and they broke things off while I was making a playlist for them :((( I wish I could dedicate songs to them still
