Our journey home started a few days before I main flight. We got the ferry from Bohol to Cebu and spent a couple of hours at SM Seaside Mall before heading off to the airport to catch our flight to Manila. We spent a couple of days in Manila before heading home. We wanted some extra time to explore the areas and things we missed when we first arrived. After having a full day of exploring and seeing the Chocolate Hills and Tarsiers we were due a restful day. We decided to explore the beautiful beaches on Panglao Island. First stop was Bikini Beach also known as Biker Beach. Here there was nothing but sand and sea and it was so peaceful. Our next stop was Dumuluan Beach where we explored the beautiful beach and saw more people, resorts and places to eat. Our final stop was Alona Beach where it has a town and a beach front. The beach ront was popular with tourists and locals going to socialise, drink, find a great place to eat and swim. There were also dive shops and tour operators along the front. We found taking a tour a great way of getting to some of the further away sights such as the Chocolate Hills, Tarsier Sanctuary and the River Boat Dinner Cruise. We had such a great day and really enjoyed seeing what Bohol had to offer. If you are looking at visiting these places but don't want to hire a scooter, booking a tour is a great way to see them.
