I made my heart beat hard and fast with squats, then did some breath holds to make things extra interesting. I had fun seeing how my visible apex beat’s appearance changed with my breathing and position! How does my heart sound (and look)?

Thank you so much for the advice everyone! It finally worked, and I think I can reproduce it. Move to around after 0:45 for the good skip haha. I thought I'd get them while breathing out, but in fact my heart started skipping when I breathed in! I love it so much and will try to get you better recordings with video :)

A friend showed me how to make my heart skip. But I just can’t seem to make it when on my own. It gets all weird and jumpy, but that’s it. Just need someone to push me I guess :(

I figured I’d show you anyways, it’s pretty visible and thumpy. Watch how it’s making the muscles in my tummy jump!

Hey everyone, sorry for the repost, but now that I have it back, I figured I’d just post it on main!

Anyway, hope everyone's having a solid start to the day. I'm working from home today, so | went for a quick run earlier. Heart was pushing over 190 bpm the whole time, got a little dizzy not gonna lie haha.

Figured l'd record it after with a breath hold, and you can see it pounding under the stethoscope and in my tummy!

I absolutely had to try out the new steth today! I only noticed when I rewatched the video that you can kind of see my heart beating against the stethoscope. The summer heat is making my heart really thumpy as you can see :)

Almost a year since I last had the chance to give my pump a proper check-up. I was off sick with a nasty chest cold today and I could feel it pounding away as we’re also in the middle of a heatwave; as I was by myself at home I decided it was high time to give it some extra attention. My heart rate was stable at around 80-90 BPM, which is much faster than my usual resting pulse though not particularly tachycardic… but boy was it thumping hard! I could see the C4/C5/C6 suction cups shaking with every beat. Of course I also gave it a thorough stething; my pulmonic murmur and S3 were both clearly audible. I might put it through a new stress test over the next few weeks once I feel better.

I’d love to hear how you’d examine my heart while I’m sick, or how you’d put it through the test as I recover ;)

Hey everyone! After a lot of thinking (and a few very persuasive voices), I’ve decided to start posting a little more NSFW stuff from now on. And believe me, there’s plenty of content lined up already.

Above is a little teaser, a censored screenshot from one of my recent vids. Let’s just say my heart was not taking it easy haha. You can probably imagine how fast it was thumping.

I haven’t fully decided where to post the full vids and photos yet as they do tend to run a bit long.So if you’ve got suggestions, drop a comment.

That goes for ideas too… especially the kind that get my heart all tachy :)

Still figuring this out, and yeah, it feels a bit weird sharing this side. So thanks for being patient while I ease into this new version of the blog.

That said I’m very excited to finally show you what my heart sounds like when it’s being pushed to its absolute limit.
