How we are starting 4th of July dinner with the fam taking advantage of new seasonal products in our artisanal market! Keeping it SIMPLE as always... 1. 1 pint of cherry tomatoes quartered 2. 1 Italian burrata ball 3. 3-5 Tbsp Rose Wine Vinegar 4. 4-5 Tbsp Hojiblanco EVOO 5. Sea Salt & Cracked Black Pepper Open up the burrata and spread across plate. Toss tomatoes, vinegar and EVOO together. Place tomatoes over burrata and season with salt & pepper! Total time to make - 5 min or less + Serve with a rose! Grab everything out of our artisanal market for your next dinner table side or beachside! (at Cape May, New Jersey)
