What is patent registration and why do we need it?
We are Registrars of patents in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. We are one of the leading patent registration firms in the country. We write, analyze and register patents and trademarks. We conduct patent searches, patent analysis and patent searches. We conduct patent training for students and professionals. We provide patent searches services.
As a patent attorney, I often come across people who are trying to register their invention. This is usually done via an online form, a search for patent applications, or a patent search for various keywords.  There are, however, certain things that you need to know in order to file the correct patent application in India.  In this post, we will cover some of those things, including how to search for patent applications in India, and what to do in each case, including the application process, preparation of patent application, preparation of patent drawing and submission of patent application to the respective patent office.

Patent registration requirements
Patent registration requirements in coimbatore are as follows, by the patent office of India: (i) In case a patent application is filed under section 3(d) of the Act, the application may be disposed of by the patent examiner if the examination report is not received within seven days from the date of filing unless the applicant furnishes, within that period, a written request for extension of time. (ii) If any objection is raised by an interested party, the application may be disposed of by the patent examiner if the application is not responded to within 10 days from the date of the receipt of the report by the examiner unless the applicant furnishes a written request for extension of time.
Which are the best patent registration services in coimbatore in the year 2017? After comparing the service providers in coimbatore, I have selected only the best one. The main reason is that the service provided by the company is very professional and the cost of the service is very reasonable. It is the only company which is providing the services in coimbatore successfully with a very good reputation.
Patent registration is a process through which an inventor applies to the national patent office (CN Patents) for a protection on their invention. The patent registration can be a requirement for a patent grant, or one of the essential steps to obtain a patent. The patent registration process comprises three stages: examination, examination plus translation, and examination plus translation plus publication. The standard procedure of patent registration may take up to four years, but it may vary significantly, depending on the type of patent sought and the number of steps involved in its application.

This is owing to the numerous features and facilities associated with it like separate identity, limited liability, more funding, less risk, some advantages of Private Limited Company Registration in India are:
It has limited liability; hence the personal assets are not impacted in case of loss or any form of risk.
With the registration, it appears authentic, which attracts more customers.
It creates reliability and goodwill.
The registration also offers protection for the assets.
It contributes to more funding, hence more capital generation.
It provides better stability.
It provides an opportunity to grow and expand further.
It has the advantage of continued existence unlike in OPC. It can only cease to exist on the condition of non-compliance or failure to comply with rules and regulations.
The registration of the company obtains a separate identity as an individual.
In the PLC the ownership is represented in terms of shares, hence the ownership can be transferred to another legal entity or a person, who is resident of India or abroad.
Requirements for Private company registration:
There are certain criteria that the company has to fulfill in order to get the registration. The Company Act, 2003, state the following requirements:
The PLC should have a minimum of 2 directors and at the most, there can be 15. Among all the directors, it is mandatory for one of them to be Indian.

The registered office for carrying out the operation does have to be a commercial place. It can be a rented house also, but it is essential to obtain an NOC from the house owners.
Process of Company Registration
With multiple advantages of the registration, it is very beneficial in giving a boost to the start-ups in the country. The registered companies enjoy more benefits than an unregistered firm. The ministry of corporate affairs has laid down the following process for the registration:

GST Tax Registration in Coimbatore
When a company registers, it gets a GST identification number is mandatory if you wish to file a return. The threshold after which you will have to get the GST registration done On the behalf of Talent Magnifier gst registration training institute, we will discuss about the forms that the businesses falling in the slab need to fill. GST is one of the major financial reforms that 2017 gave us.
This basically eradicated all the separate and variable taxes that people had to pay otherwise. The tax on several objects got fixed for the entire country. There are 3 components of GST- 1. CGST- charged over the sales done inside the state and is taken by the central government. 2. SGST- charged over the sales done inside the state and goes to the state government. 3. IGST- charged by the federal government over the sales over sales happening inter-state. With the technical support of a non-profit organization, Goods and service tax network government is able to implement the entire process of filing and processing of GST electronically.
GSTR 1- form of outward supply
This is a form that all the registered merchants need to fill. This basically has all the details of the things sold in that month. The merchant also needs to upload all the invoices and can correct it over and over before submitting but once form is submitted, the mistakes can only be corrected in the next month. According to Talent Magnifier Gst Training Institute, one thing that needs to be taken care of is that you will have to fill this form monthly if you have a turnover of 1.5 crore or above else it will be filled on quarterly basis. This form is sent to the buyer who then fills GSTR 2. And any changes that you will do in GSTR 1 will be reflected in GSTR 1A.
GSTR 2- form for purchase transactions
This form basically is for the verification of the invoice sent by the supplier. This is a validation for the GSTR1 and any changes get displayed in GSTR 1A. This form needs to be submitted by 15th of next month.
GSTR 3 - Monthly return based on GSTR 1 and 2
This poses a collective action based on the GSTR 1 and GSTR 2. This will give you the tax based on the previous forms and then you need to submit the tax and file the return over the portal. This all needs to be done by the 20th of the next month. There is an alternate available, GSTR 3B. This form is different from the GSTR 3 as it does not need any validation between the supplier and the buyer.
GSTR 9- annual reconciliation

New Delhi: The government on Saturday exhorted traders liable for enrollment under the Goods and Services Tax (GST) plan to do so at the earliest since July 30 will be the last season, failing which would bring in a penalty.
"As per the GST laws, one is required to accept registration on or before July 30.
Dealers carrying-out any business with an yearly aggregate turnover in the previous financial year exceeding Rs 20 lakh (Rs 10 lakh in special category countries ), have to enroll in all the states/union territories from wherever they are making taxable supplies.
However, one need not register if entirely engaged in the distribution of exempted goods or services or both.
If one is liable to take registration but doesn't get registered, he will not be able to spend the input tax credit. Additionally, any registered person, purchasing from this a dealer might not be able to have the input tax credit.
"Not getting registration, though liable to do so, would also bring punishment," the statement said.

This also suggests that you're donating his bit towards nation building, by ensuring that proper taxes are collected and paid to the government," it stated. GST
