Oriana Tickell

Oriana Tickell nació en Londres, Inglaterra y ha vivido en México por  20 años.  Oriana habla perfecto español, ingles y francés. Se entrenó como Coach en EL Coaching Academy en el Reino Unido, graduada con distinciones y con la especialidad en Gerentes como Coaches. La feminidad, el ingrediente que falta

Es con mucha alegría que te escribo para presentarte a la Dra. Mercedes Jahn fundadora de Corpx, una de las empresas de Desarrollo Organizacional y de Talentos mas conocida a nivel internacional. Como todo en la vida cuando estás buscando respuestas el universo conspira y te las trae a tu puerta. Ella es una de las respuestas a mi búsqueda de querer sacar adelante mis sueños y conseguir mis metas abrazando mi feminidad.

Escuchar a Mercedes Jahn me ha devuelto esperanza y una gran alegría porque he comprobado que hay mas mujeres en el mundo que han pasado por una transformación personal y están llevando mucho bienestar a los demás. No estás caminando sola Musa, tu eres parte de muchas mujeres que como yo estamos siendo llamadas a tomar el liderazgo y que hemos pasado por un proceso de transformación.

Mercedes Jahn: “Las empresas nos llaman cuando ya han probado todo y no saben que mas hacer”

Y esa es la Dra. Mercedes Jahn, una mujer empoderada que ha diseñado un método efectivo para el mundo empresarial ( Y ahora también para el publico general) para generar bienestar, felicidad en sus empleados y por tanto mayor productividad y mejores resultados.

Al conocerla fui descubriendo y sintiendo que ella tenía que estar en La Musa. Gracias a Facebook pudimos conectar, ya que somos primas segundas y nunca nos habíamos conocido. Así que no solo he descubierto a una nueva prima, sino a una mujer que me inspira que me hace de mentora y me da un ejemplo de liderazgo y éxito femenino a seguir (que tanto necesitamos).

Durante la entrevista fui cayendo en cuenta de lo especial que era Mercedes y como su labor era tan importante: humanizar el mundo de la empresa, empoderar a las mujeres dentro de las empresas y llevar el aspecto femenino a que se destaque en un mundo en donde lo masculino ha sido el líder. “En el mundo empresarial se vive como una guerra, y por eso nos enfocamos allí” comentó la Dra.

Pasamos una hora conversando y cada minuto de esta entrevista no tiene perdida. A mi me tocó varias fibras: ser mujer en el mundo empresarial, cambiar un paradigma dentro de los esquemas rígidos de las empresas, conseguir mas libertad, conseguir ser y expresar todos mis talentos, subir el nivel de bienestar y felicidad. Si tu como yo has trabajado para un jefe es seguro que te hayas topado con todas estos temas. Está existiendo un cambio de paradigma, que viene de una necesidad del ser humano por ser, por cumplir su misión en esta vida, por vivir una vida abundante y esto no se puede lograr si no existe libertad y sobre todo mas humanidad.

Viendo los resultados que está obteniendo su método, Mercedes Jahn ha optado por ofrecerlo a las personas particulares.
