“Lilith?” There was a genuine look of surprise on the teen witch’s features when he laid eyes on the old coven leader. Ever since the petrification ceremony, he hadn’t  thought he would see her again. She had had been banished from the coven and almost turned to stone along with the Owl Lady and had gone into hiding from the Emperor.

However, he doubted she would recognize him as well. Unless he was in his room, he never removed his helmet in front of anyone. At least until it had been eaten. For all he knew she probably thought he was just some kid staring at her.

It was truly alarming how quickly the world forgot about someone once they were stripped of their power. A lifetime of clawing her way to the top only to come crumbling to rock bottom. She deserves it, but can’t help but feel something in her shatter each time she sees her poster replaced with one featuring the Golden Guard. 

A growing pit of bitterness ate at her insides as a voice knocked her from her brooding thoughts. Mismatched eyes are trained on the source of the sound. The witch before her is nothing more than a scrawny teen- someone who recognized her?

She grits her teeth, steeling herself for a minute beneath the child’s gaze. Forget it. Forget what you were or how you were.

Raven lady headcannons

Lilith absolutely had little crows and ravens that she’d befriended during her time in the coven that would fly up to her window to leave gifts or get scritches.

Lilith has a few fangs like her sister. It’s a Clawthorne thing.

Her coven mark is on her upper back, mainly sitting on her scapula and touching the very base of her neck. Originally she had a regular coven brand on her wrist before it was moved to her back.
