Welp.... To process my sadness (Yet also love) for the Lore of eaps.

I shall be spreading my agenda of Captain x Lefty.

Because ya'll, I need some happiness (Forgetting the Captain may be shut down in a corner and Lefty is currently dead)

And can two dudes just be friends, ABSOLUTELY, I love their dynamic as a duo, Friendship or ship. But I also personally love the idea of the two as a ship.

They were the main two who supported each other through the "Get rid of Puppet arc", which don't get me wrong. I was peeved at Lefty. We're his fears and thoughts Valid, Yes. Was His way he went about it valid imo. Not rly. (Lore wise tho nom nom on the drama food) But the two were there for each other. Stood up for one another even when it felt like the whole place was against their ideas.

Then the two, even if not fully shown, were said to be together alot, often talking to each other, hanging out in the back parts of the rooms, Chilling in Lefty's room. They were vibing together. Then Captain pretended to be Foxy, Got destroyed, "Forgot" but didn't forget?? And was well, Fucked up.

And the care Lefty felt. Like after everything happened, The others wondered where Caltain went. Which at first Lefty says he would spend time with him, They'd often talk alone. But then one day he left and hasn't come back for a while. And the other questioned for a lilz and then kinda dropped it. But later Lefty says he's still looking for him and worried about him.

"HES LOOKING FOR HIS BOYFRIEND YOUR OWNER" I say as they drag me away.

Idk, Just something about these two. They give me such angst hut happiness.

☆ I'm alive I swear Ya'll, Been rly busy with a new job and fighting general creative blocks.

But back to post the SOTW pieces I did for this week!!! The first one I did courtesy of a few friends, The second because of mainly the lovely @annonymoustea pressed the bog red buzzer too many times that I deffo had to draw her and I had so much fun doing it.

☆ I had this idea ages ago but didn't have the confidence to actually attempt animating it LMAO But trying my best. There's not gonna be too much movement in terms of body cause I'm not quite confident with that yet but hoping it'll still turn out OK. No clue how long it'll take me tho 😭

•°●☆ SOTW ENTRIES SO FAR!! ☆●°•

☆ I had so much fun doing all of these, My first ever one I participated in was the EAPS as anime characters and I decided to so Eclipse and Puppet as Kenshirou and Kiji from Nanbaka case love that series!

☆ Next was the Matt appreciation, which h wasn't fully show of the week, But also partially was. Either way I wanted to include it because THANK YOU MATT, It took me a bit to figure out what I was even doing but I'm glad I did.

☆ The next two I did were for this year's Valentines day, I decided to go a bit more chibi esk with the styles cause Lord had I been overworking myself with overly detailed art works. So decided to go for more simple but cute stuff with Startools and DancingGator (Idk eaps Ballora x eaps Monty)

☆ After that, there was the astral event, designing what we think the other astrals would look like, which idk if mine fits too well, I just wanted to draw pretty star being and chose Pisces!!! I was debating if I draw the little ref sheet sorta but was like sure wtf not!

☆ and lastly and not least, I fact more so most recently, the Eclipse family art!!! Them all going picnic, they've all got their own bodies, are having fun and NOTHING BAD HAPPENS TO THEM ANYMORE I WILL CRY IF ONE OF THEM DIES IN THE EP TODAY... Ahem

•°○☆SOTW: Happy day out with the Eclipse Family ☆○°•

☆ I'm so glad I got this done!!! I loved Drawing Charlie, Especially with her new look, And drawing Andrew, Jake and Andy in animatronic forms!!!

Also lil Clippy the dog living his best life.

Before I ramble, GO WATCH KAT AND REED'S PERSONAL CHANNELS AND CHECK OUT MEG'S ART Reed's started live streaming again and Kat has amazing MCRP'S, In which I love and adore so much. (Much Love to The Vampire's bride 🙏🙏 In which, If all goes well with Schedules, I'm hoping to draw some fanart for soon!) And Meg-Alodon's art is phenomenal, Not just from LaEs but all they do!!!

I'm so happy for Kat taking care of her mental health and work life balance, Along with Reed's choice to step down from LaEs aswell, and they'll still be around, just not as much (The characters atleast and Kat)

But it still hurts alot (Never in a blamey way, I am so glad their prioritisng themselves as anyone should!!!!) But, It didn't rly connect till just now how much I love LaEs, Like I knew I loved it. But, Its been such a comfort show and I could talk for so long about the characters, the stories created, the positive and negative coping mechanism that the stories showed. The sadness and love and trials and family that it showed.

Ik it's not gone, and I'm always gonna remember it, Still gonna draw Lunar and Earth, which I need to do more of.

But it's just like wow, These two comfort characters I relate to so much are leaving

BUT The sadness aside, I'm also so happy that I got to experience this, even if I didn't join till later. I'm so glad that I got to see the show, Watch the stories grow and see what both Kat and Reed brought to the story.

All I can say is thank you to them for creating such a beautiful story, And that even though LaEs is ending, I'm excited to see what comes next for the channel

And what comes next for Reed and Kat in their personal work as well.

And also, All the love to Meg, Their art for the show and in general is gorgeous and such and inspiration. It's sad seeing them go as a Thumbnail artist, But like Kat and Reed, I'm so excited to see what the future holds.
