OO INTERESTING... SEE THE THING ABOUT MIMI'S GEARS. RIGHT. she clearly doesn't like to advertise it. as a shapeshifter she's certainly insecure about her identity and makes absolutely NO mention of that part of her. especially if you headcanon she was a failed attempt at a pixl (as her bar story speculates), i imagine it's such a sore spot that she tries to convince people that part of her doesn't exist/hide it

so for mr. l to not only see those, but also need to repair them, it would have to malfunction so bad that it becomes visible. like it starts smoking or something. and i think even then she'd only admit it to him if they *were* stranded somewhere or really far away from the others! i totally agree on that

of course after a few minutes of arguing it becomes obvious that mimi's gonna need mr. l to fix her up, so she reluctantly agrees to let him see

i 100% headcanon that mimi is able to fix herself up, but in equal measure, i don't think it'd be a very good or professional patch job... after all there's nothing in the world quite like her, and she ran away from her creators, presumably, which means she would have had to learn to fix herself by trial and error, with a lot of unconventional methods

but i think mr. l could be able to actually not only fix her up, but maybe even undo some of that damage from being all on her own with her machinery for years? idk. it would be sweet to me. seeing the minions all help better each other in their own unique ways.

Mr L is so great guys. He's literally the best. Most gorgeous amazing handsome likeable intelligent admirable passionate perfect person ever. He's literally peak character writing, always gonna love them villains who think they're so tough and are full of themselfs when in reality they're actually pathetic. He had probably less than 10 mins screentime but he absolutely slayed those less-than-10-mins, and then decided to get slayed himself. Absolute peak character right there. His design is also peak character design (literally jst Luigi wearing black, a bandana, a belt and a mask). I'm honestly so sad that he hasn't made a comeback yet (it's fucking impossible to happen). Nintendo always gotta do this, making peak characters for the RPGs and then never using them again pssh fucking losers don't can't handle true peak like Mr L so they never use them again. Bring Mr L back you fucking Cowards😒😒🙄🙄🙄. It's okay though I can promise to everyone that Mr L WILL come back. Trust me he will🙏🙏 I can feel it in my bones it's true he'll return. I can tell he'll be back literally tomorrow in the next Mario game. I genuinely don't think we should even have languages cause the words "Mr" and "L" are the only words in the whole worlds vocabulary that are worth actually remembering and absolutely nothing else matters than Mr L cause Mr L is the only important thing in this god forsaken world. In Super Paper Mario, there is one chapter in which the Void is not actually visible in the sky upon entering it, but later appears surreptitiously without anyone mentioning it.

When first entering Chapter 2-1, there is no Void in the sky. However, there is a pipe at the end of the first area that must be entered to retrieve the key to the next area. Upon exiting that pipe, the Void will suddenly be in the sky, which is noticeable when specifically paying attention to it but very easily missed otherwise.

It is unknown if this is some manner of oversight or whether the Void's sudden but unceremonious appearance is intentionally meant to evoke a subtle feeling of impending doom in the player.
