CodyLander is coming.
So stoked for it too. I LOVE baby face Cody. I also love his heel turn coming from power corrupts. He worked his whole damn life to FINISH THE STORY. But now what? What happens next? What happens to the man once he has everything he wants? Who does he become?
And in some ways it’s a funny parallel to Roman too. The man he beat to finish his story, who he framed as SO different from who Cody is fundamentally, is the exact man Cody turns into. It would be so tasty for Cody to come off this title run and to have that ‘not so different you and I moment’ with Roman.

Seeing Seth and Roman punch each other in the Rumble made me sad. I get why, they still have a lot of shit to work out. But it made me miss the Shield so much, combined with them being in Indianapolis.
There was a teeny, tiny part of me that wanted Jon to show up and force them to cooperate, but I knew it wasn’t to be.
