20 years into the future after Mayor Bellwether wins the war against predators, a new form of night howler is created, one that allows to tame the savages and to use them against the population as a weapon.
The new established government seeks to control and oppress all animals regardless of species or diet, a hunger for total power grips the walls of the now broken and burning city of Zootopia.
A resistance force composed of both predator and prey desperately fight against the totalitarian rule of the new ram order.
Things get complicated as interests within the rebel force begin to diverge. While everyone seeks the destruction of the sheep rule, some seek freedom for all mammal species as others prefer a future where predators are collared and kept separate from prey.
Tensions rise within the ranks as the line between enemy and friend becomes thinner and thinner.
