last month I decided to go back and try to make somewhat presentable an old ‘kiibo is the backup mastermind in case things go south’ concept

basically, the audience was disappointed on how quickly the game would’ve ended, with the mastermind dead at the very first case, so team dr decides to use K1-b0 as a stand in for the deceased mastermind

K1-b0 is in a ‘I see what I’m doing, can’t say I’m really enjoying it tho’ kinda situation

the possible endings are A) either Shuichi or Kaede stand in as Ultimate Hope (or combo together??) and Hope wins B) they all just give in to despair C) K1-b0 realizes he is still technically the Ultimate Hope as well as the stand in for the mastermind, so he ends the killing game himself like in the og ending

Imagine being professor idabashi, you make a robot son, cutting edge ai, but this a soulmate au so to even your surprise you discover in the night a soulmate mate mark has appeared, you wonder what the words could be, amazement at your son, a desire to help him grow and learn! So you lean over and read it and-

“Do robots have dicks?”

Like what do you even do in that situation, what’s the right response, I don’t remember what miu’s first words to Kiibo in game are but I’m sure it’s also absolutely obscene so this also applies to her as well, extra points if it’s both, like at that point it’s a lost cause

Explanation for this:

Dangaronpa V3 is kinda meh to me so this is my au in which Rantaro and Kaede are the main protagonist and antagonist duo.

I also think the 3rd trial is a big waste of potential. They had such a cool idea in mind with the whole "Korekiyo confessed to one murder but not the other" but then in the end it's revealed he actually commited both and it's like.... ok??? You're telling me we could've had a trial with 2 murderers who didnt know about eachother's exsistance and that no matter what there would be a killed left among the survivors??? Anyways in this au I like to pitch the idea of Himiko secretly being the second killer who accidentally murdered Angie and although Korkiyo did kill Tenko his crime doesn't count as Himiko killed Angie before him.

There could've been fun loopholes I'm just saying 🙄🙄🙄

Also I think the dynamic between Rantaro and Kaede could've been fun to explore in a "Kaede wants to trust and believe her friends while Rantaro is aware they could betray them at any moment" kind of situation
