thinking about levi living with ptsd and how it’s hard for him to deal with and he’ll be too embarrassed to reach out for help because all his life he’s had to be the perfect soldier and you’ll maybe suggest therapy because it might help to talk to someone but he’s afraid of doing it alone and so you join him and sit as he talks about everything he’s seen and he’ll have sleepless nights and rough days where everything feels heavy and you wish you could take his pain but you know he has to do the work and you’ll just have to be the best partner and try as hard as you can to be there for him whenever he needs you :(((

levi is the type of beautiful that leaves people a little mesmerized. the type of beautiful that artists wish to paint on a canvas or capture photos of. he often gets shy looks and glances his way, people trying to catch a glimpse of the man across the room, quiet and reserved. and he just assumes it’s because of his stone cold demeanor but you know better. sometimes you wonder how someone can be so smart yet so oblivious at times. he gets hit on often, which should make you jealous but you know he only has eyes for you. you often smile and stare at him, tracing every one of his features, because wow, he really is beautiful. and he’ll get annoyed (shy) and tell you to stop but secretly he loves it, because he does the same to you whenever you’re not looking.

i have a theory that levi loves to laugh. and when he’s with you he can do so freely. he’s stoic and apprehensive because of what he’s been through, but whenever he’s with you he doesn’t feel the need to mask. sometimes you can hear him chuckle under his breath and it makes you smile. he’s a little bit cheeky too and makes subtle sex jokes. and he’s soooo sarcastic and sassy, it’s infuriating at times. i think he loves to crack jokes even if he’s the only one that finds it funny because he’ll smile and go on about his day. he smiles and laughs because you make him, and because you’re the only one he wants to do that with for the rest of his life.

thinking about every day life with levi, where he has your legs on his lap as you’re reading your book on the couch, and he’s journaling. where he gets up early just to get the morning coffee brewing for you. where he makes dinner as you set the table. where he leaves little post it notes on the fridge reminding you how much he loves you. where he makes sure to kiss you goodnight and never goes to bed without resolving any argument. where you both fall into a routine that being without the other person feels incomplete. while it may seem like a simple life, to levi it’s more than what he could ask for <3
