You're already 20 weeks pregnant now, and today you'll find out the gender of your baby.

Spencer and you are on the way to your gynecologist.

"Do you think the baby is a boy or a girl?" your husband asks in a sweet voice.

You think for a second.

"I'm not sure to be honest." you answer.

"I don't care as long he or she is healthy" Spencer says.

A few minutes later you arrive at the gynecologist's office and get inside.

After telling the doctor how you have been feeling since your last appointment, you sit down on the chair and she puts the cold gel on your belly and starts doing the ultrasound.

"Congratulations, you're having a little girl!" You look at Spencer, who is smiling from ear to ear.

"We're having a baby girl!" your partner says with tears in his beautiful brown eyes.

"Are you crying?" you tease him.

"I'm not crying. Those are happy tears." Spencer argues.

"I didn't know that crying happy tears is not considered…crying" you reply with a grin.

"Shut up and enjoy this beautiful moment." he chuckles.

The gynecologist smiles at you and Spencer. It's really nice to see a happy a couple expecting a baby together.

"You're actually pregnant?!" Spencer questions, rising his voice a bit.

"Don't be so loud! I don't want everyone to hear!" you whisper shout at Spencer. "When did you find out?" your husband asks. "Last Thurday" you reply hesitantly "Last Thursday? " "Yes."

You didn't tell him even thought you've known for 6 whole days now.

"Why didn't you tell me?" your partner questions.

You’re not even sure yourself.

"I don't know, Spence..I know that I should have told you. I'm sorry..." Spencer gives you a sad smile. He knows something is bothering you. He's your husband. He always knows when something is wrong. "It's okay, baby. Just tell me what's going on in that pretty head of yours." Spencer reassures you. "I just thought that you would be unhappy about me being pregnant."

"Unhappy?"

"Mhm."

"Why did you think that I would be unhappy about something like that?" he asks, feeling a bit hurt by your mistrust.

"I know that we have talked about kids quite a few times, but we never talked about a specific time and I just thought you wanted to wait... because... I don't know what exactly I thought to be honest." you answer honestly.

"Oh baby... I would love nothing more than to start a family with you. I've known that I wanted to have kids with you since I first saw you." Spencer says.

"That's cheesy." you say, smiling at him.

"I thought you like my cheesy side?" Spencer gives you a cheeky grin.

"I do." you tell him while admiring his beautiful face.

Spencer leans in and kisses you softly.He loves you and he's so excited about starting a family with you....

You and Spencer have been married for 2 months now after dating for more than 4 years. Your marriage couldn't possibly be any better. You barely ever argued but lately something has changed.

You've been acting different. Spencer noticed. The team noticed. Everyone noticed.

You were constantly mad at Spencer for no reason at all. You barely ate. And you were tired all the time. Is she sick? Spencer asks himself. Maybe it was his fault, he thought. That he did something wrong and now you're upset. But despite of his eidetic memory, he couldn't remember anything he could've done to upset you. So he decided to just look up your symptoms to find out what you might have.

He typed your symptoms into his computer at work.The results shocked him...Pregnancy symptoms was the first thing that came up.

Could that be possible? Could that explain why you've been acting this way? When did this happen? he questioned himself. What a dumb question...Your wedding night 2 months ago. A night full of passion and love and most importantly right now....without any contraception.

After minutes of just staring at his computer screen, he decided to just ask you. If it just was this easy Spencer thought.But he knew that it's the best and only thing he could do in this situation. He walked over to your desk, that is not far away from his own.

"Y/N, can we talk real quick?" your husband asked. "Sure, what's up, love?" you replied.Spencer blushed at the nickname, even though you've been calling him love ever since you two started dating. This was probably the nicest you've been to him in days. "I'm just gonna ask you, because I know that you hate when I don't get to the point and umm..." "Spence, breath" you answered, as an attempt to calm him down. "Are you pregnant?", he suddenly blurted out. "Umm..." you couldn't even form proper words. That was everything he needed to answer his question:

You were in fact pregnant.
