You know, a lot of people talk about how all other RPers want from them is smut, right? My problem is that I can never get any smut actually going. Every blue moon I get a smutty ask but then it doesn't get to become a thread. All my successful smut has exclusively happened on Discord. I can't help but wonder if I'm doing something wrong on my end?

In all fairness, I roll up to my server like "WHO WANTS TO REAM COYOTE'S COOCHIE FROM BEHIND, FRONT, BACK, LEFT AND RIGHT?" and talk about their asscheeks without an inkling of shame. Plus most of us are friends there and are general more comfortable with each other.

It makes me wonder if I should make an NSFW sideblog so maybe people would feel more comfortable about it since the blog in and of itself is expressly permission for people to send in horny shit. But at the same time, that's a whole other blog I'd need to dress up. Plus, it's just the Coyote spirit to be horny on main. Maybe I'll make a poll about it sometime.

I have a father and a son muse together on the same blog. The father isn't the main focus and just a selective muse I generally don't ship, please keep that in mind. However I'm slowly tired of getting asked to do the same plot over and over again and people think they are original. It's always this: "Oh, the son could fall in love with my muse but my muse only wants the father and has a crush on the son's father instead. That's messy I love it. And the father then could have an affair with my muse to anger his son, wouldn't that be cool?" Frankly? No, it's not cool. Everyone wants the father because he is an older white man. People are always quick to jump on his D whether it be male or female muses, the gender absolutely doesn't matter. No one respects that I don't want to ship him because he is not a shipable character. And I don't want him to be used for smut only. No one gives the son muse any attention other than this particular plot. He is always pushed aside no matter how hard I try. I get that people don't like the son muse, fine, but can they please STOP using him as the tragic figure who gets used to get the father instead? It makes me absolutely sad to know that my son muse is considered a token only, a tragic figure who doesn't deserve to be loved or recognized for himself. And honestly? It makes me hate the father muse so much that I don't even want to write him anymore. I'm probably overreacting, but please imagine you have a female and male sibling pair and everyone uses the female muse to get the male sibling and as soon as they have the male sibling they will never interact with the female muse anymore. It's the same fucked up thing and hurtful. It's no quirky cool plot, it's hurtful when it happens the whole damn time and when it is NEVER the other way round. Like please ONCE when you want this kind of plot do it the other way round. Use my father muse to get the son. But no, that NEVER happened and trust me I write the pair for YEARS now. YEARS!!! and it NEVER!!!! NOT EVEN ONCE!!!! happened. I'm tired. I'm just tired.

Puritanism is getting worse around the globe and conservatives and fascists will absolutely be first going harder against porn, then use that against queer people. You HAVE to realise this and oppose anti porn measures and laws, be in solidarity with sex workers, and listen to them when they call this shit out. It's going to be vitally important.
