Dear Teacher who has endured us for the last semester,
So you think it is a great idea to put the final deadline for that huge project in the last week? Yeah sure, no problem.
So you think it is a great idea to give us an hour of homework at least? Yeah sure, no problem.
So you think it is a great idea to make the exam so extremely difficult just so you can truly “test” the students skills and knowledge? Yeah sure, no problem.
You also expect us to work hard for school and study every night. That we are present in every lesson and that we always pay attention. That we sit up straight, raise our hand and answer every question asked. That we are present from early in the morning until late in the evening.
BUT
We have the need to have a social life and hang out with friends. We have to go somewhere, rest, relax and celebrate.
We can’t study every night, because we have to work and pay our college funds. We can’t be present every class, because we have to study. We can’t be present the entire day because you are not allowed in another class because you had to finish your homework from the class before that. We CAN’T meet your expectations and you act disappointment.
You call us lazy, dumb, uninterested, sleepy, and not good enough for being in the job you want to do. We cannot cope with everything at once like you think we can.
