Being bokuyona fan is very frustrating bc I wanna complain about how much I’m hating Asagi’s storyline in season two but there’s only like three of us in existence and one of them is ME😭😭😭

Idk I just think it’s shitty to have a character with a genuinely good plot that explores the beauty standards imposed by society and not do anything with it???? Like my guy literally acts like the japanese government is gonna put a bullet between his eyes if he’s not the hottest yaoi in town like fr it’s so bad he thinks he’s gonna die if he’s not pretty and you are making his second season plot be about him having cringe fashion sense???? Are you fr??????

Like I could be wrong but I feel like when Asagi’s character was stablished they made so much emphasis on how he wakes up early everyday to do his hair and makeup and to make sure he looks perfect and we only see him at school it’s not like he can show any fashion sense if he’s wearing an uniform all day right?

I feel a plot that could have fit his character better as well as tie to the whole sports festival event was him being asked to participate in it with the girls insisting that he should do it bc he’s so cool or whatever and he trying to get out of it bc if he runs or does anything the sweat could wet his hair and make it frizzy or ruin his makeup which would make his whole façade crumble. Idk maybe him losing his cool little by little each time someone keeps bothering him about it until he just loses his cool completely. I feel that would fit him better than just “people think my sense of fashion is cringe” we already have Syuan for that
