I absolutely love libraries. I have spent so much time in so many different ones. It’s a very calming place to be, and there’s just something about that feeling of being surrounded by so much knowledge, and personalities, and thoughts, and feelings all put onto paper (and other media of course). And the pureness of just being able to share and absorb knowledge for free reinvigorates my soul, and reminds me that there’s still a little bit of good left in the world. They’re important and should always be supported and protected. They represent everything it means to be human - hopes, dreams, imagination. They are what was, and what will be.
