When watching videos online, always ask yourself:

Why was this being filmed?

Who is the intended audience?

What feelings is it trying to invoke in you? (Jealousy, outrage, insecurity, etc.)

Be critical and remember that a lot of people making videos online are trying to monetize them, either by becoming influencers or going viral. Many of those videos are staged (including a lot of shocking ones, like videos of people saving animals; again, ask yourself why a camera was running in the first place) and a lot of those staged videos are also undisclosed ads.
