They'd been sparring for around twenty minutes and, while the not-saint was a lot stronger than she'd been underground, her agility was lacking. No matter how many times they practiced, she either ended up having her ass handed to her or exhausted from exerting so much energy. The old Alina would've asked for a break, but she knew better than to do so now.

The Darkling showed no mercy.
