It was another night, time to find a new victim. While she can't kill them, she could maybe kidnap them. But, that requires a way out of here. But, what's wrong with having a little fun? There's no point in death, after all.
So, she transforms to her true self and leaps off. She eyes a random passerby. Perfect. He seems new, thus has little to no abilities. She grabs her feathers, ready to use Thorn Cage on him the moment he was out of the eyes of others.
A raven shot at him, exploding into many thorns to bind him. She leaps down to the ground, eyeing if she had successfully caught her prey.
"Well well, you shouldn't be out and about this late at night. Who knows what could happen." She grins.

"They're abducting cookies, now?"
That's really the only thing she could think to say towards herself, looking at this pastry next to her while eyeing the window of Carousel Courture.
Curious, why is there a cookie here? Why is it floating? What's going on? Is she finally going insane? Kraehe rubs her eyes, then looks at the cookie again. Is she dreaming? A quick pinch at herself to confirm. Ow. Nope, not dreaming.
There's really a magic cookie right next to her. Even if he looks pure hearted, she doubts that.. This would suffice for her father. She'd be killed on the spot if she gave this to him.
"I'm sorry, but well.. I can't help but ask where you're from? I've never seen anyone like you before." She spoke, unable to hide her puzzled expression.

It was indeed her.
Her raven black hair tucked into a romantic bun, held with a dark silver comb. Her dress was slender like a dark sky, trailing behind her and splitting apart at one side to show off her leg. Of course, the top of her dress had a resemblance to her magical girl transformation. While completely strapless and showing her shoulders and back, there was a gap at the front of her chest that trailed down to the very top of her abdomen. Finally, a perfect accessory to compliment it all, was a silver necklace holding an elegant ruby.
To say she was beautiful was an understatement. She put on her favorite rose perfume for this occasion, especially if she wants to make an impression. There are plenty of people here that she could target, after all. (Except... that one. She can't target that one again.) Besides, why not have some fun while picking out a new heart to take? She walks through the ball, thinking of grabbing some refreshments until Kraehe suddenly hears footsteps approaching her.
Her expression sours. Oh, of course. Count on this buffoon to ruin her night.
She folds her arms, giving him a cold smile. "Oh, it's you. In case you haven't noticed, everyone is invited. I'm simply taking part of the festivities." The sweetness in her tone was a lie, of course. "Of course, this is a good time to find some targets.. I've already thought about a few people." Her grin was reminiscent of a cat who had clawed the wings of a canary with wicked glee.
"But it would be foolish to try and kill me here. Nor would it be in your best interest to.. Cause a scene."
The Dance
@crows-primadonna
The ball was magnificent. Plenty of friends dressed up in their best attire to socialize and dance with friends and close partners alike. Decorations glimmered and stood out throughout the observatory and chatter could be heard at every square inch.
With larger than average dress shoes, Sora strolled casually, yet fluidly through the ocean of guests. He would catch glimpses of Cucumber and Luna chatting near the entrance, he left them there for a reason. He avoided eye contact with a certain Glinda, but that would be proven difficult with the stand-outish attire she wore. Oh what would she say of his snazzy suit and tailcoats? Surely the 3 circled mouse pin would catch her eyes and show her how well mannered and behaved he could be. He saw his friend Byleth in the most beautiful of attire. He owed all this to her. He did ask her how to act all regal and gentlemanly after all.
He saw Thor in an outfit fit for a king and the brother- in likewise attire... Either way, this ball was for enjoyment. Interaction. A social gathering of sorts so nothing would go wrong... Right?
It was her.
The clicking of rubber soles grew louder after Sora had left his two friends near the entrance of the observatory. He followed a figure behind closely, but covertly as to not let his cover be blown. A frustrated sigh escaped him, but he stopped just shy of her when she stopped.
"You have a lot of nerve showing up here..."

What..?
Before, she could feel blood clogging her throat, once the danger finally went limp and collapsed into a pool of red. She did it, she killed him. She was the last one standing. But not for long.
Her body couldn't handle the damage, the slashes that were the size of wide smiles on her body. Before she could even think of finishing off her initial target, everything went dark.
She's at the tower now. Alive. But, how?? She died when he became.. that! She's pretty sure she got hit badly and then took him down with her! So, why is she back? That bunny isn't here. Is he gone or did he manage to get out of there?
She shakes her head, marching away and towards Eterna Village. She isn't gonna give that oaf the time of day. There are more pressing matters. Why is she back? Does that mean death is meaningless? Can she still take their heart or would that dissappear as well?? No, then she has to get them out as well. This won't do. Would it? Maybe, her father can reach contact with her here.
Wait.. Death is meaningless. That means.. She can't be killed by her father. She can't be killed by anyone. Twisted happiness rose from her chest, a smile dancing on her features ominously. A feeling of relief. That even if she were to fail, she can not die. All that's left to do is to try again, yes? Keep trying to leave, no matter how dangerous. Keep trying to kill, no matter the outcome. They can't stop her if she's immortal.
Why were people so cautious if death has no meaning?! This is great!! Amazing!! Right?! The raven's blood in her boils with anticipation. Yes, she can do it. She can complete her mission. She just has to keep trying! It's what her father would have wanted!
It's what father would want, for her to not give up. She won't. She'll keep trying.

Oh dear. While his behavior is a bit much, it won't do if a customer isn't satisfied. She looks at the order, then hums a bit. "Alright, let me talk to my co-workers and see if we can find a solution to this. Please excuse me." She bows and walks over to the other workers of Honeycombs.
... And in the distance, she seems to be upset with one of the co-workers. It's hard to hear with everyone in the café, but it was definitely along the lines of "What do you mean you mixed his order up with the girl over there??" And "My goodness, you wrote his name on the order!"
After some discussing and the manager coming in to give them orders, they went to work as Kraehe walks back to Myst with a downcast and irritated expression, or she did until she approached him and put on a gentle smile. She definitely wouldn't want to bother this man even more with her grievances.
"I apologize, sir. Your order was indeed mixed up and we will get the correct one made immediately, on the house. May I interest you in a free pastry for your troubles?" She asks, getting her notepad ready.
"Excuse me?" She blinks. Okay, uh. That was a sudden shift in character. He looked so gentle at first, but his demeanor flipped that perception upside down. She's pretty sure he ordered coffee. She goes to look at the order slip that was given to her, studying the contents once again.
Twice to be doubly sure.
Yep, it says coffee. Two sugars. Alright, time to walk back. "Sorry to say, but I'm reviewing your order and.. It does say coffee." Kraehe looks it over again. Yeah, there's no mistaking it. It's the correct table, too. Surely, they didn't get it wrong. She wouldn't want to assume that her co-workers are incompetent.
"We could offer you a discount on the tea if you'd like? To compensate?" Kraehe asks. She doubts it'll be enough, though.

Her eyes blink, widening slightly with a tint of shock. Hardships celebrated with blood red markings.. and the way there's so many that swirl around his muscle and skin, she can guess that he's seen his fair share of damage.
"That's tragic.." She muttered. "I-I mean, the deaths. To witness so much, you've must've seen it all." With the cultural context, she muses that it's why he seems.. Untouchable. As if, you're foolishly entering a den of a dragon. There's a slight feeling of foreboding, one that warns of future calamity. To taunt is to seek an early grave, as the marks now represent.
Despite all that, she gives him a smile. "Thank you for answering, it's intriguing to know the different backgrounds we all have." She easily recalls that he requested the pastry of the day, paired with whatever coffee best suits it.
A slice of delicious fruit tart, paired with a dark roast! A sweet dessert with a coffee that'll help balance out that sweetness instead of overwhelming him with it.
She flinches a bit. Oh no, that wasn't okay. She shouldn't have been so rude, especially on the job. "Pardon me, I'm just curious of the red marks you have. Excuse my behavior, it was inappropriate." She bows apologetically. How embarrassing, not only to be so unlady-like, but to be caught acting so uncultured.
".. But, if it's alright to ask..?" Despite her shame, she can't help her curiosity. The markings are so unique, something she's never seen before. They must mean something. A custom? Something related to his culture? Or was it another meaning entirely?
Those marks, do they symbolize something? What do they mean?" She tilts her head a bit.

A thought trickles into her mind when she heard of his shop. Ceramics and fireworks, huh? While she'd like to just look at them, a part of her ponders dangerously.
Fireworks.. It could be a good distraction, or even a cause for damage. Accidents can happen. And it would be good to use if she needed a group of people to.. scatter out of a building. Then, a good opportunity. Talons bared and.. that'll be that. Take the heart, then feed her father.
She shakes her head a bit. Best to lock it up for now. What if he can figure out her thoughts just by her eyes? He did seem slightly tense, after all. "I-I see.." She replies as she tunes back in. Cloak with red clouds?? The crude language suggests that they're trouble. "I'll keep an eye out.."
Then, he demonstrated his power. She can't help but stare wide-eyed at the clay bird, amazed. It moves just like one!! What kind of power did he have?! Is this normal back where he's from?
"Does it hurt??" She asks, now curious. Surely, there must be a catch with this power. Is it limited? Does it drain your life?? To have that without strings sounds too good to be true.
Oh dear. What kind of place did he come from? How is it still intact if war is so often? To the point that people are used as living weapons? She tries to imagine it, but all she could think about is that land being nothing but pain and suffering.
"I see.." She said, her voice holding caution. Though, he doesn't work for those villages anymore. Despite the abduction, this place seems relatively peaceful in comparison. "But, since you're here, what do you do now? There's no wars here, at least I don't think so? And how did you make.. That dragon thing?" Kraehe questioned, tilting her head slightly.
Surely, he would need a job. At least, if he has a key like she did. But, if someone only knew about war.. How would they go about the more peaceful life? Or, is she able fool to continue interacting with this person?

"The End. Nice knowing you."
[Slay the Princess Sentence Starters]
"Oh, don't be so dramatic." She sighs. Seeing him frequently has desensitized her from his tomfoolery. She doesn't know if that's a bad thing or not, but she buys a sandwich from a nearby store. Walking back to him, she tosses the wrapped sandwich into his hands. "There. You won't 'starve to death' now."

"It takes a wretch to know a wretch, and we're all at the bottom of the barrel here."
[Slay the Princess Sentence Starters]
Her eyes narrow in annoyance, hearing his sudden words. What a way to start a conversation, that's for sure. Or more accurately, an argument. She puts the honey in her shopping basket and turns to meet his acid green eyes with her own blood red eyes. If he thinks he can say whatever he wants, he has another thing coming.
"Well, that's certainly an impression you're giving. Tell me, who are you referring to as a wretch? Because depending on the answer, I may be quite offended."

Hearing the bell ting with energy as she witnesses the man walking into the store, Kraehe puts up her pleasant greeting smile.
Woah, those are such crimson markings on this man. She wonders what they symbolize.
"Welcome to Honeycombs. We are delighted to serve you delicious drinks and pastries. What can I get you on this fine afternoon?" She asks, taking out a notepad and pen. Ready for the moment he says his order.

Her glare held the slightests of hesitation, especially hearing his previous words Echo in her head. He.. cn't be.. This is a rabbit. Not..
Guilt bubbled a bit, before she forced it down. If its true, it doesn't matter. He only knew a fake version of her, one that is filled with lies. She's not a normal girl. She's a disgusting, evil, pathetic creature. A crow trapped in a hideous human body. Her glaring red eyes study him for a moment. The slight glossy look of his tears and the thorns leaving prickles of blood on wherever his skin was exposed.
He cannot do anything to retaliate. Hearing his stuttering words, she scoffs as she shakes her head. "You don't know who I really am, do you?"
She gets out her dagger, something she grabbed from the local blacksmith just for an occasion like this. A lady always comes in prepared, after all. For whatever her father wishes. "The girl you've known as Rue.. She's been dead for a long time. Ever since that fateful day of finding out who I truly was.. She's gone." Kraehe hissed lowly. "No, who you're looking at.. Is the Daughter of the Great Raven. The Dark Primadonna that'll seize everything in order to see her father's wicked vision. My name is Princess Kraehe."
"But, it doesn't matter for you now." Her dagger presses against his neck, cold steel threatening to slice his throat. A dangerous smirk on her features. "A pure heart is needed to unseal my father, and you'll be a good meal for him. But, enough talk. Any last words?"
Yet.. Despite her antagonizing threats.. Her hands are trembling. As much that she wants to drown it, she can't help but feel.. awful. If what he said is true.. If he really was that boy she met.. She'd be killing a friend. No, that was a lie. He wouldn't have bothered with her if he knew who she was.
Right..?
[ @liightaga ]
"Oh, thank you..!" She smiled. Yes, good. He fell for it. "Over here, quickly..!" Kraehe calls over, leading Cucumber to the trail. The fleeting light of the sun finally disappears into the darkening sky, left only dark blues and smudged greens. "The necklace, it's.. It has a silver chain." She spoke softly. It's perfect. They're secluded. It's late. And he's alone. Now would be the perfect opportunity to kill him right here and now. But, what he said.. What he called her.. No.
"Wh.." She stops. She turns to face him, shocked. "How did you.. How did you know that name..?!" Nobody here should've known. Only people from her world would know. Only people who knew who she was before realizing her true self.
Other than them, there's..
No, it isn't. Anxiety and anger bubbles inside her heart. She refuses to believe that this rodent is the same person as that kind boy she met back at that horrible event. Who else knows? That name is only for the past. An illusion. To hear that name from someone else's mouth makes her blood boil and her eyes burn. (She misses it so much.. She misses hearing it again..)
He will pay for this.
Without even the slightest hint of a warning, she threw out something. It zipped at Cucumber like a crow ready to peck him apart. Only upon contact did they explode in many prickly thorns to harshly restrain him, scraping against his skin like tiny daggers. A sudden fierce hand grabs his collar, pinning him to the trunk of a nearby tree with a notable slam, before being met with eyes colored of blood and wrath.
"I don't know where you heard that name from.." She coldly growls. "But, if you think you can taunt me with it, you're heavily mistaken."

Ah.
He's unhinged.
She can still hear the screams from the distance. Kraehe looked behind him to look at whatever chaos he caused, before looking back to him with slight skepticism. "Okay.." She says, her voice trailing off a bit. "I accept your apology. You behave better than other people I know." Slightly. "Pardon me for asking, but.. What's a shinobi? I don't think I ever heard of that, before.."
Is it some kind of category relating to ninjas? He looks a bit like one and seems pretty acrobatic. Though, she only heard a bit about them. Gold Crown Town didn't have many books or ballets relating to them.

Dusk had arrived. The sky was a crimson red mixed with pinks and violets. The citizens here were now making their way home. Not her. Kraehe has a goal, and she must fulfill it, no matter what. She must rip out a pure heart from someone and get it to her father.
Studying the area for some time, she may have found a good target. Someone her age, but looks weak enough to take down. Seems like a timid and friendly boy. This will suffice for sure. She watches him from the shadows of trees. She needs to get him to a more secluded area. Kraehe watches him, eyes narrow. Then finally, when he's close enough...
"Hello." Her voice calls out. "Come with me. I'd like to speak with you." Her hand beckons him to come closer, to follow her. His silhouette, though... He looks..
No, she's mistaken. There's plenty of people who can have red hair.

He seems so.. bright. As if he's full of light. She can't describe it, but she wouldn't be suprised if he was some kind of angel.
