One of our loyal customers call us as their ensuite toilet flush mechanism was broken which meant the could not use this toilet. We carefully removed the close coupled ceramic cistern from the toilet pan. We removed broken flush valve assembly & inlet (fill) valve. We installed new universal flush valve assembly & inlet (fill) valve. We then installed cistern back on to toilet pan. Presto!! Today we asked by the customer to carry out relocation of the water heater. When we remove water heater & started draining water from it this is what we found 🤢🤮. Today we were called out to this customers house as they had a blocked shower drain in their ensuite bathroom. We removed the shower drain cover to access waste pipe. We were very surprised when we pulled out/removed large hair buildup, large pieces of cosmetic mirrors & an iPod 📱. We were contact by the strata manager for this villa complex as they had a water leak to the property main water pipeline. We shut off water supply at the main isolation valve & cut out the affected/leaking section of the copper pipe. We made up a new section of copper pipe & connected to existing pipe & isolation valve using KEMPRESS copper crimp fittings. As you can see the large tree has engulfed the inlet side of the water pipe & some of the isolation valve. Finally!!! After 1 year working alongside gas utility operator carrying out gas main extension, only being able to open main road for a couple of hours every Sunday we have completed job. Existing gas meter was located within the Landsdowne Hotel premises, running through to the neighbouring property (Two Wolves Cantina) which is not legal.
