Arguably the most famous neighbourhood in Toronto, Yorkville has a vibrant history. Founded by Joseph Bloor in 1830, it has since provided the city with a colourful history from 1960’s hippie haven to today’s eclectic mix of condos, office towers, chic boutiques, five star hotels and individual Victorian townhomes. Yorkville continues to change and amaze.

CRU Condos
CRU Condos is a brand new condo development coming soon by Bazis Inc, located at 11 Yorkville ave in Downtown Toronto. Development is proposed to be 60 Storey’s high and approx of 550 units with a mix of condo units. 11 Yorkville Condos are designed for families with children.
They are actually planned to cater particularly for their residents. They boast of a 100/100 walkability score and as such will allow residents to easily access eateries, food stores, public transit area, etc.
