It came to me once again, We're still far from where we've been. What happened to once we called inocence, For believing every promise were as easy as ABC. Days ran wild and fast, The sun conquered the rains, The rain washed out every small thing we gained. Today I will wake up to what they call hope. Today I will use faith for me to cope. I have dumbfoundedly lost myself, In the utmost serenity of your universe. I hypocritically wandered into the purest of your senses. Trying to ignore every indulgence of your warmth. Never look into these eyes for what you'll see, Is the restless emotion of what i want us to be. Neither hold these hands that had long been frozen in the absence of your touch.
