surprisingly not that bad working around food when you can drink 0 Cal lemonade your whole shift

Wait I was complaining but like,,, this will help me. Even though I suck at fasting, I could fast my 8 hours and eat low cal high protein meals/ my fav meals (or just take a sub home and split it for dinner and breakfast lmao.) Most of my food is either 70 - 150 cals calories and eating by the serving size tends to cut that down at times & helps me out frfr. I feel like I can eat anything if I go by the serving size (and don't binge lmao) 😌

p.s. the safe foods (snack wise) I’ll be able to get 😋

p.s.s. Also, if you've been following me for a minute you know I've been a broke stay at home daughter for almost a year so a win is a win! lmao 😭

Hey, Tumblr I know it's been a while, I'm still here, just needed a break due to life. I'm still here and still ⭐️ving. I'm getting back on track. I'm so close. I know I've always posted the struggles I and many of you face, I try not to encourage this disease in any of you. I always want you all to be safe with this. This disease isn't all butterflies and feather-light. I see so many posts highlighting the highs and I know they feel great, but let's not forget our hardships with this are equally valid too.
