small update. was going to get some blog maintenance done but tumblr refuses to load the pages and everything else half the time so i’ll be trying again tomorrow in hopes that it’ll be working then.

Fresh start, fresh threads!! Like this post if you’d like to plot or just have me toss you a starter! There are various verses available for Suri spanning across the entire timeline. Her main verse is set during the sequels but I’m also very much in love with my prequels verse and the others. Consider this starter call open to everyone as I want to get some stuff going and it’s a fresh start.

𝐓𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐈𝐒𝐍'𝐓 𝐌𝐔𝐂𝐇 𝐇𝐀𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐓 day, the archives as empty as they ever had been. Despite that Suri has found enough to do, only glancing up at the question at hand. ❝ --- Hm? Let me see. ❝ There is curiosity on her face; a desire to crack the mysteries that lay hidden behind that riddle of code and pathways. Her fingers already move, typing away at it. ❝ --- Where’d you find it? ❝

➤ ANAKIN SKYWALKER.​

The more she stumbled back, the more he marched forward. He kept an even pace with her, keeping the distance just as it had been when they met eyes. No more, no less. She would not escape him. She could not. How could anyone hope to escape the Hero With No Fear?

Except, he was the Hero of the Empire now.

Anakin ignored her pleas, a first for him, but one he was rapidly becoming more acquainted with. Something was wrong with this girl and he intended to find out what. Why had the Force brought her to his attention when so many initiates fell to his saber and it had been silent?

The fallen Jedi reached out, brushing her mind. She did not stand a chance. Anakin was no avid mind reader, but he was a fully fledged Jedi Knight on the cusp of genuine mastery. With this non-force sensitive, it was child’s play. But what he saw… horrified him

Which, considering the circumstances, were saying something.

“What have they done to you…?”

𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐑𝐔𝐍𝐍𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐏𝐏𝐄𝐃 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐎𝐌𝐄𝐍𝐓 she felt his touch on her mind; probing away at it as though it was nothing. For someone like her there were no barriers to put up; no protection to use to shield her mind from him. Instead her whole life laid bare in front of him, for him to see. The tiny gasp that escaped her as found herself on her knees in shock echoed back off the walls of the almost silent Jedi temple. It wasn’t pain that she felt but an intrusion of a different kind. 

Only once had she felt it before; the day her loyalty had been assured. Oh, the joy there had been at the idea of being around those great and wonderful Jedi. Back then her parents had agreed and left her -- one of many children to be raised to become one with the order but outside the reach of the force -- and she had joyfully accepted the loyalty they would demand. A child raised in the archive, taught in the art of cryptography to read and write what would lay hidden behind sequences that only made sense to them and her. It almost seemed cruel. And they had ensured that nothing would ever leave the archive; not a word would be spoken about the contents to anyone not of the order.

❝ --- Please, stop! ❝ It was a shaky plea felt almost pointless. Suri didn’t want him to just see whatever he wanted. There was a part of her that just wanted to survive; make it out alive and find a home in the world outside these halls that this man seemed to have torn down in almost literal sense. This no longer seemed like the Anakin that she and the others had admired from afar. Everyone had admired him.
