"God's love never fails"
Tumblr media
What Is Love?
"For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known." (1 Corinthians 12:13)
Societies and cultures throughout human history have had their own ideas about what love is, how it ought to be expressed, or who deserves to receive it. The themes of love depicted in pop culture or mainstream entertainment are often a shadow of the breadth and depth of the love of our Father. In the end, God has the final word for the definition of love.
"Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love. This is how God showed his love among us: He sent his one and only Son into the world that we might live through him." (1 John 4:8-9)
God's love will not fail in what it set out to accomplish. The passage writes that prophecies, tongues, and knowledge will pass away, but love will remain forever. Read this passage and meditate on the love our good and faithful Father has poured out on us. This is the love he calls us to steward and share with our brothers and sisters, with the alien and stranger, with those closest to and farthest from him.

The Intellectual Property Law of the Philippines (RA 8293)
1.)    What are the examples of copyright protected works under the Philippines law?
The examples of copyright protected works under Philippine law are literary and artistic works including books, writings, musical works, films, paintings, and other works including computer programs and sound recordings.
2.)    What is the differences between original works and derivative works?
Original work, from the word itself, actual , own , or real work, a work that is created or invented as being new, something that is not received from anybody nor something copied from while derivative work is already copyrighted work. It is something like a new version of existing works or products.
3.)    What are examples of works not protected by copyright?
The examples of works that are not protected by copyright are titles, names, short phases and slogans, works that have not been fixed in a tangible form of expression like choreographic works that have not been notated or recorded. Others are ideas, procedures, methods, systems, processes, concepts, principles, discoveries, or devices, as distinguished from a description, explanation, or illustration.
4.)    Why is it important to protect intellectual property?
It is important to protect intellectual property because without it, the works, ideas, businesses and individual would not obtain the full benefits and advantages of their inventions and would focus less on research and development. In addition, protecting intellectual property can see your business apart from competitions, can be sold or licensed, can offer customers something new and different, can form an essential part of your marketing or branding and can be used as security for loans.
5.)    As a student, how can you promote ethical use of media and information?
As a student, I can promote media and information in an ethical use in a way that being responsible, observant and smart. Nowadays, it is very easy to access information by just searching in any platforms such as Google, but we forget to check if the information are legit. We need to check first every details if it is fact. We have to start of being observant on ourselves. Using of medias is the responsibility of every one so we have to stop spreading fake news or false information and avoid gullibility. Generally, we have to analyze the information then check if the source has valid information.

The Intellectual Property Law of the Philippines (R.A. 8293)
1.)    What are the examples of copyright protected works under the Philippine law?
The examples of copyright protected works under the Philippine Law are literary works, musical works, dramatic works, sculptural works, motion pictures, sound recordings, architectural plans or drawing or actual buildings and many more.
2.)    What is the difference between original works and derivative works?
Original Work is strictly concerned with the origin of the work with the author, which means that it allows for the protection of written and printed matter such as examination papers and football fixture lists as well as works of a more considerable creativity while on the other hand, a Derivative Work is a new original product that includes aspects of a pre-existing, already copyrighted work..
3.)    What are examples of works not protected by copyright?
Some examples of works that are unprotected by copyright law are unfixed words, titles, names, short phrases, slogan, ideas and even those useful articles.
4.)    Why is it important to protect intellectual property?
Protecting Intellectual Property is important because it is something that comes to their mind and from their heart. Without the protection of ideas, business or individuals might not get the full benefits of their inventions. Some people like artists who gave their whole self, critical thinking of their works, full time and effort might be down because it will all be wasted and not worth it anymore for some people because others can easily access and get their ideas. And lastly, cultural vitality will suffer as a result.
5.)    As a student, how can you promote ethical use of media and information?
As a students, I can promote the ethical use of media and information by being a wise and careful reader and provider of information. I’ll check every detail of the information that I will get if it is a fact or a reliable source, The use of media is a responsibility for each and every one of us that’s why as a reader and provider of information we should stop spreading false news or things that aren’t true and let’s avoid guillibility.

🐋 Help us to save the marine animals 🐋
The role plastic products play in the daily lives of people all over the world is interminable. We could throw statistics at you all day long (e.g. Upwards of 300 MILLION tons of plastic are consumed each year), but the impact of these numbers border on inconceivable.
For those living on the coasts, a mere walk on the beach can give anyone insight into how staggering our addiction to plastic has become as bottles, cans, bags, lids and straws (just to name a few) are ever-present. In other areas that insight is more poignant as the remains of animal carcasses can frequently be observed; the plastic debris that many of them ingested or became entangled in still visible long after their death. Sadly, an overwhelming amount of plastic pollution isn’t even visible to the human eye, with much of the pollution occurring out at sea or on a microscopic level.
The short-lived use of millions of tons of plastic is, quite simply, unsustainable and dangerous. We have only begun to see the far-reaching consequences of plastic pollution and how it affects all living things. According to a study from Plymouth University, plastic pollution affects at least 700 marine species, while some estimates suggest that at least 100 million marine mammals are killed each year from plastic pollution. Here are some of the marine species most deeply impacted by plastic pollution.
Sea Turtles
Seals and Sea Lions
Seabirds
Fish
Whales and Dolphins

More than ever, the fate of the ocean is in our hands. To be good stewards and leave a thriving ocean for future generations, we need to make changes big and small wherever we are. Every purchase supports Ocean Conservation. We give 50% of our profits to Organizations that bravely fight for Marine Conservation.
