     Consumed in her thoughts, the girl almost didn't hear him. Turning towards him, she took in a small gasp. He was rather adorable. Taken aback for a moment, she almost forgot his question.

     "Oh- y-yes, I am."

     A shy smile slowly spread across her pale face. Emerald eyes glistened a little. 

     "What's yer name?"

〘 ＨＩＧＨ ✩ ＳＰＥＥＤ! 〙—

               There is a wandering gaze about the classroom, the impatient teen awaiting the arrival of his dearest friend, though optics fixate upon another, one unseen within the vicinity before.

                                                                                `A new student?` 

               Their class not yet begun, he quickly makes his way over, a grin as he turned to the student seated behind him.

    ❝ Ah— are you new to Iwatobi ? ❞

A New Student at Iwatobi

     Phew, made it before first bell.

     After first moving to Japan, the young girl was nervous about starting high school in a new place. The buildings seemed much larger than they were in Australia, the student population was even far bigger and the uniforms were odder. However, she saught to make the best of her new school.

     Strolling into class, Vanille took a seat where she was told and silently gazed out the window. It seemed rather different than her home, a little more suffocating for she wasn't used to city life. The girl yearned for her quaint home in Australia with the large yard and spacious rooms. Now, she lived in a small apartment with her family.

Anime dads are the worst.

Because they’re either dead, not around, useless, or the villain.
