East Campus firewall upgrade Friday June 20, 2025 from 5:00 a.m. - 6:00 a.m.
IT is upgrading the firewall infrastructure for East Campus to enhance network security, improve performance, and increase bandwidth capacity.
During the maintenance window customers located in the East Campus housing area can expect:
Temporary interruption of network connectivity for the East Campus during the maintenance window.
Access to the internet, email, online applications, and internal systems (e.g., campus file servers) will be intermittently unavailable.

The Applicant Dashboard is undergoing emergency maintenance today June 4, 2005 and is expected to last until 9:00 a.m. June 5, 2025.
Who's affected: Admitted and newly matriculated students will not be able to view their application status, required documents, and transcripts needed via the application portal.

Information Technology will be conducting network maintenance on on the following schedule:
May 20, 2025 between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.: North Quad (buildings 301, 302 and 303). Actual Outage: 30 mins.
May 21, 2025 between 4:00 a.m. and 6:00 a.m.: Reznet aggregation switch. No expected outage during this maintenance window.

Starting on May 19, 2025, we will move to using Streeme+ for our campus IPTV solution.
If you are currently using the Streeme app you will need to update it to the Streeme+ app.

Resolved: CFS and Finance Data Warehouse Downtime for MP 6.0 Upgrade - Friday April 25, 2025 5:00 p.m. to Monday April 28, 2025 9:00 a.m.
The CSU Chancellor’s Office will be upgrading CFS this weekend. As a result, both CFS and Finance Data Warehouse will be unavailable during the upgrade window. While the core functionality of CFS will remain the same, users will notice a refreshed look on the home page, searches, and entry pages.

During the upgrade, both CFS and Finance Data Warehouse will be unavailable.

Information Technology is aware of the issue our campus is currently experiencing with Zoom today April 16, 2025. We are working with them to troubleshoot this issue but currently there is no estimated time of repair.
