Hey guys,

I wanted to take a moment to speak about something that’s been on my mind lately: the lack of feedback. 

Writing is honestly a joy to me. I love it. Whenever I write I’m in my own little world and I can escape for awhile. But sometimes I get a little discouraged when something I worked so hard on barely gets anything. Now, I know what you’re thinking ‘Just write for yourself, why are you so caught up in notes?’ Truth be told, I honestly don’t give a shit about notes LOL

But, what I do care about is feedback. Feedback meaning, “Oh this was amazing! Keep up the good work!” or “Please don’t stop this series! I love it so much!”. Even something as simple as a heart emoji would do the trick. 

I’ve seen people say “Be grateful that people even lurk on your page.” and, while I get the message they’re trying to say, it’s more dismissive and hurtful in my opinion. Like you’re saying, “Oh your writing is mediocre, you should be grateful people even LOOK at it.” 

I am grateful that people take the time to read my stuff, I really am. But as a writer, I want my work seen by people who enjoy it. Think of me and fellow writers as actual authors instead of simply writers on the internet. We work hard on our fics, day and night, because we love the thrill of making something that will make people happy. Wanna know how authors like Stephen King and Leigh Bardugo get famous? People share their work and express the joy they feel from it! It’s the same thing, just in different platforms. 

Feedback is so important. More than you guys realize. While you may forget what you commented on that one fic, the author doesn’t.

Mephisto is indeed the jealous/overprotective type. He won’t let anyone else suspicious around his s/o, hell, he won’t even let anyone look at them! This behavior is completely normal out of him, since he is a demon after all.

What does he do when he’s jealous? Well, he’ll appear to be his normal self, but on the inside he’s absolutely fuming. He grits his teeth and immediately shows whoever’s messing with his s/o that they belong to him. He snakes an arm around their waist and pulls them close, giving the person a smug face. “Is there a problem here?” He asks in that passive aggressive tone.

He doesn’t act inappropriate in this situation, he is a gentleman after all. He just simply stands his ground and subtly shows that they are his, and his only. The person will then back off, and after that, he’ll act all sweet and cuddly to his s/o, like none of that ever happened.

Since his s/o is a very attractive human, both demons and other humans will try to steal them away from Mephisto with their dirty hands. He won’t let that happened. He is way too overprotective and they must always be in his sight at all times. He does let them go about their daily life, but he always keeps an eye on them, out of love of course.

There have been some close calls where his s/o has been hurt/injured, and the poor man blames himself for it. Thats when he draws the line and is always hovering over them. They appreciate the kind gesture, but do wish that he could trust them to be out on their own without supervision.

In the end though, Mephisto loves his s/o deeply, despite them being a human, and he a demon. No matter how possessive he may be, he still lets his s/o do whatever they please, he just wants the world to know that they belong to him, and he’ll do anything to anyone if it means keeping his s/o. Keeping them from danger, or simply just keeping them in general.

Reigen Arataka || Hcs

At first, Reigen would just brush off the idea of a relationship. He’s doing just fine on his own and doesn’t need anyone... Or so he thought.

The man is honestly touch starved. He’d never admit it, but deep down, he does crave the love and attention that comes with a relationship. Mob is basically the only family he has with him, which is why he cherishes him so much. He loves Mob, even if he doesn’t properly show it.

Reigen doesn’t have much of a preference, as long as he loves his partner, and they love him and have a good relationship, he wouldn’t mind asking them to become his. He’s a very sweet and accepting man.

He would feel quite guilty about, well, everything. He scams people for a living and lies to everyone. He’d feel as if he didn’t deserve his s/o because of just how he is. He would feel relieved though when his s/o tells him that he’s a genuinely good guy, and thats why they love him so much.

He absolutely loves holding his s/o. Whether it’d be in bed, on the couch, or just standing up. Nothing makes him more happy than just feeling his s/o close to him. He’s very affectionate, even if he doesn’t seem like it.

Reigen would take his s/o out on dates when he’s not working. He takes Mob out to eat all the time, so he has no problem doing it with them. He’ll be a gentleman at first, paying for all the food, offer them a seat, being all polite, but once they both sit down and start eating, it’ll just get all mushy and silly. He wouldn’t be able to hold up that fancy act, and his s/o knows that. They love that goofy side he has to him.

[Another short one? Yes, but I love this man with my whole heart and wanted to make this]

Shigeo Kageyama [Mob] || Hcs

It would be seen as rare for Mob to have a s/o. Mostly because of his lack emotions, or his ability to express them rather. It would be quite difficult to show affection to his s/o, but lo and behold, there they were.

Mob is inexperienced when it comes to relationships. So he’d be a bit slow and hesitant to it at first. He would blushing mess everytime his s/o hugged him or held his hand. After a while though, he would be completely used to it and would cherish those moments.

Even so, Mob still has a hard time showing his s/o how much he really loves them. If they were having a bad day, Mob would do his best to comfort them, even if he couldn’t do much. The least he could do is hold their hand, smile at them and give them some wise or comforting words.

Hugging, hand holding, cuddling, and kisses on the cheeks would be ways Mob would give his s/o physical affection. To him, it may not seem like his doing much, but his s/o definitely enjoys every second of it.

The thing that made his s/o fall for him, was his morals. His kind heart, his refusal to harm others, and his acknowledgment of knowing that his psychic powers don’t make him special, they don’t make him all that. When hearing his s/o tell him this, he could feel his own heart burst. He gushes with love everytime he sees his s/o, and does his best to show them how much he loves and adores them.

Izuku Midoriya || Hcs

Izuku would much rather focus on his goals to become a hero than anything else. However he’s young and he’s bound to gain feelings for someone now and again.

He would definitely want someone who shares the same interests as him and supports him and his goals.

Honesty and communication is always the key in relationships, so before getting into one he would think hard about it. He wouldn’t want to keep OFA a secret from his s/o and lie to them about everything. It just isn’t right to him.

When he did tell them, he’d be so happy about the acceptance and support that came from them. It’d just make him fall for them even more.

Izuku is still new when it comes to showing love and affection to his s/o, so he’d probably be flustered 24/7. Kisses and hugs would make him all red, but he’d still enjoy them.

Everyone will always catch him holding hands with his s/o. He just loves being near them and enjoys their presence.

Even though he constantly trains and has to deal with school, he still takes time out of his busy schedule to spend time with them.

When he has time he’d take them places, like to an amusement park or a restaurant if he was able to. He loves seeing the smile on their face when they both get there.

Flowers. He loves giving them to his s/o. They probably have so many around their house from him, but they don’t mind. They find it cute and sweet.

Mephisto Pheles || Hcs

Mephisto wouldn’t be one to fall in love so easily. He’s a demon, a king, not some gullible boy. It would actually take time for him to realize he’d developed feelings for a human.

He wouldn’t be so sure what to do at first, he’d probably just brush it off and try to ignore it. Treat it like nothing. That weird feeling would just crawl its way back up though.

It would start with asking the person who he fell for out on a simple date and watch how it goes from there. He grew to quite enjoy having a partner.

He would play with his s/o a lot, poking fun at them and toying with them. Its just its own little way of flirting.

Would always be the one to leave notes and flowers for his s/o. He can be a bit silly and cheesy when it comes to stuff like that. Everyday would be something new.

Mephisto would love picking his s/o up and spinning them around in his arms. Only to put them down and hold them close to him. He loves touching his s/o. Whether it’d be holding hands, leaning on each other, holding each other, or kissing each others cheeks.

If there was a time his s/o happen to be stressed, he would offer advice or take them somewhere to help them ease their mind. Maybe he’ll even tell them a few stories from his past.
